The whole company was very professional from start to finish. Alexander was amazing. Gave us two quotes that were very reasonable. He started working on the project and discovered more issues that needed to be addressed. A leaning vent stack became full replacement because it was falling apart. Alexander explained everything and showed pictures of the issues as he discovered them. He worked all day making sure the issue was fixed correctly. I would definitely use this company for plumbing issues moving forward.

Highly recommend Greater Works Plumbing. Alex and his team helped us with a new water heater system plus a few odds and ends, and they had everything fixed within 24 hours of our first call. This was during snowy, icy conditions and in a very tight space for a large water heater, and they still got the job done well. When there was one very minor issue afterward, Alex followed up immediately and fixed it within 15 minutes of our call. April, the company’s coordinator, is also incredibly friendly and accommodating. Great service all around.

The whole team deserves 5 stars! Quick, knowledgeable and affordable. I’m big on communication and where money is being spent and Greater Works made sure everything was done and provided me a peace of mind every step along the way. Needed an entire sewer line replaced due to purchasing as is and not knowing the condition of the old cast iron plumbing Greater works came in and got the job done!

UPDATE: I spoke with April via text several times but to date greater works has not come out to my elderly mom’s residence to resolve her heating issue. There was no confusion or misunderstanding about communication. Based on my experience with GREATER WORKS PLUMBING, it is evident that their priority is on overpricing clients, charging them for every little thing and not following up. As a result of April’s lack of commitment to her text to me, a reputable company came and resolve my elderly mom’s heating issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GREATER WORKS PLUMBING UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING OVER PRICED THAN THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU. Greater works plumbing installed a very small expansion tank to my mom’s furnace to correct the banging sound when heating is turned on. After paying $891 we were told that her heating will cut off because her radiators need to be flushed.So still no heat. Greater works plumbing didn’t remove her old expansion tank and didn’t follow up on having her radiators flushed. My mom is 85 years old without no heat. I contacted the office and told the situation and was verbally quoted $500 to have radiators flushed. Crazy!!!! I asked for a written estimate and still haven’t received one. I am extremely disappointed with greater works plumbing because from my experience they seem to care more about money than clients.

Worst company I have ever dealt with.very unprofessional,always late or never show without a phone call. Left us without heat in 10°weather 2 times.Had to pay someone else to turn circulator pump in proper direction because they were too busy with more important customers.Not ever did they apologize for the horrible amature jod they did on my boiler install.The equipment was a knockoff of the unit they were supposed to install. I wouldn't recommend greater works plumbing to my worst enemy.The picture of the gauge shows the next morning after the install that my boiler shut down because of no water pressure.

Their prices were competitive Furthermore, Google reviews can often overlook the human aspect, but it can really make the business shine. Specifically, April at Greater Works was one of the friendliest and most helpful people I've ever encountered anywhere. As soon as you talk to her, you know she just sounds like a kind soul. She was competent, thorough, reasonable, and empathetic (even when I can be a handful). I was so lucky to deal with kind people who wanted to be fair and reasonable. April made my experience way better with attentiveness that is second to none. I was very impressed by her and happy to use their business - and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I needed quick and reliable service. Thanks to Greater Works!

Incredible experience from start to finish- the scheduling staff was so friendly and warm, getting me in right away for leaks and what ended up being a garbage disposal replacement. Stephen arrived on time and was professional and fast (replaced a garbage disposal and new S-bend pipe as well as fixed a roof deck PVC pipe all in one afternoon)! He was also super knowledgeable and made it easy to understand what was going on and how he was going to fix it. My dog also loved him, so that’s five stars for me. Will use again!
