Ground Zero Plumbing, AC and Electrical - Chandler

Ground Zero is without a doubt, the best. I will only be using them for our home moving forward. The service was exemplary in all categories from customer service (Brie) to the technicians that came out (Chris and Codey). They listened to what I had to say. They and validated my insights as the homeowner. They identified our vent/drain/cleanout pipe odor problem within 5 minutes, made repairs, and now we have no odor problems whatsoever.

Congratulations on all your 5 star reviews I’m not a client and this review is no related to a ny plumbing ,one of your plumbers/drivers cut me off on the 202 freeway 32 st exit around 5 pm,almost caused an accident I was driving with my wife who’s on dialysis.i will post this on my social media also If you’re a good company,don’t deserve a person like this driving a vehicle with your name on it. They came between the window of time they texted me and did great work. My technician Michael was very professional and walked me through the entire process. Once he was done he showed me what he did and explained what he saw and gave me to some recommendations on what to do next. I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Had to call after hours recently and dealt with the nicest Customer Service Person I’ve talked to at a company. Cheyenne was kind and comforting and had a Technician out to us FAST. It’s so hard to find a company in the industry with Good customer service anymore and I was impressed from start to finish. Highly recommend and ask for Cheyenne - she was great!

Ac went out while home with my young kids and the home got really hot fast. The Hvac technician Bryan showed up to my apartment and had my AC running again in a short amount of time. He was very professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about what he was doing. The whole experience was smooth and efficient.

AC guy Bryan came out this morning after I had been dealing with AC issues for about a week, including very little airflow. He was courteous, prompt, and clearly knowledgeable. He spent a couple of hours cleaning and working on the system, and the airflow improved noticeably right away. He made sure everything was running properly before he left.
