I recently just moved into a South Philly Rowhouse. The house needed a few plumbing and heating repairs upon moving in. I have been very impressed by the techs this company sends out! They were helpful, ethical, and fairly priced. As a first time homeowner it is intimidating to have repairs done and not have fear you are being taken advantage of. Guaranteed Plumbing and Heating was wonderful!! Everyone I had contact with was so nice and knowledgeable!! From Leslie setting everything up, to Ray and Devon who did a great job fixing my leaking fuel line!! They were able to come out quickly after the leak was found and got the job done in no time!! Definitely would recommend and use them again!!

Hi, I am doing my happy dance. I just had work done and it was excellent. The gentleman were on time, very professional, and very intelligent with the work. I can hear them counting that math trying to be precise. It was definitely well done and they cleaned up everything and they were very nice and they did extra. The Father Son Combo was great, they totally tock a bad situation and turned it around into a great experience. VERY COLD WEATHER LIKE WE HAVE HAD IS NO JOKE, AND TO HAVE A HEATING SYSTEM NIT AT IT BEST IS VERY SCARY, SO OUR HEART GOES OUT TO THEM, THEY ARE A GREAT FATHER SON COMBO. THANKS AGAIN. IM HUGGING MY RADIATOR IN MY KITCHEN RIGHT AS I WRITE THIS CONGRATS WRITE UP.

My problem was fixed promptly and without any delays! Ms. Leslie scheduled my appointment with Mr. Anthony; and as soon as he removed the heater door, he assessed the problem and quickly fixed it! James Byrne Jr. and his son was absolutely wonderful. The father and son team was very polite, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions before I agreed to the service. Before they started the work they covered the floor and then performed their work in a very neat and professional way. Also the price was very reasonable. I will be using their service for any future plumber issue I encounter.

Guaranteed Plumbing always does great work. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I used them years ago to have all plumbing put in a brand new bathroom, and called them immediately when a frozen pipe burst. Highly recommended

Anthony came out on time did his inspection of my A/C condenser unit and determined it was fully functional and not in any danger of failure. The noise it was making may have been from a power outage that had proceed it before I turned the A/C off. I save a lot of money to a needless repair. Guaranteed Plumbing will always have my business and would strongly recommend their service to my friends and family.
