From the time I called to the end of the service repair, the staff & service guy (Robert) were very friendly, professional & knowledgeable about the situation at hand & what they can do for me. Robert was absolutely fantastic, not only at the job at hand but also at answering all of my questions so that I could be more knowledgeable about my boiler. After a cpl hours, I had heat again & running water. 10+  Thank you Haller & Thank you Robert !!!

I’ve looked for a plumber around my area for a while and came across Haller Enterprises and took a chance , and I said why not I ve gone over good reviews but hey I was desperate and needed repairs done to my pipe that gushed out water due to a dislocated elbow piece. Robert Nemes came the very next day and wanted to take a look at the problem as he checked with a glance he formulated the problem and came up with a price at $527 to assist with the leak. As we agreed with the repair I told him there are more pipes that need replacing, but he said that won’t be necessary and I don’t need to worry, so I took his word and he turned on the main water valve to check for leaks and nothing happened but just after an hour ene y by and more of the pipes poured water all over the furnace. This time I’m furious because I’ve addressed the issue again to him but I had enough and called the company about what had happened and they said oh we will take care of this tonight I agreed with them saying that , and look who came by again the same guy Robert Nemes, this time he looked perplexed like how could this happened, I looked at him like really your surprised the professional in this ok, so what are you going to do about it I need it repaired and I’m not waiting extra hard earned money for it, Robert said well I can’t do that I have to charge you an additional $321 I was like what oh hell no I’m calling your company I’m tired and it’s late 10:30 pm mind you also to add my oil furnace pipe now leaks too thanks to this wonderful repair. And yeah my first time with them and I’m not satisfied with any of the experience. Never again those are my thoughts I hoped this helped.

Today my new furnace was installed. The installer was completely knowledgeable, efficient and he explained everything fully. I was more than impressed. Thank you Donovan for your expertise and politeness. The picture is of the Carbon Monoxide monitor that is now new to me for any alert.

I was fortunate to get an appointment same day I called. Appreciated the phone calls and texts to let me know when device would arrive. The electrician was informative about breakers, checked all outlets that were involved, was in quick and courteous! Will recommend to others!

The service experience was top notch! Deana came in and answered all my questions about the system (new home) and briefed me on the packages and today’s visit. The system appeared to have not had regular maintenance recently and I was concerned with the cold temperatures something could fail. The initial review was prompt and thorough. There were some unexpected findings, but they were well explained and the photos are a great help as well. I was very pleased with everything from start to finish, and really appreciated the full explanation on the system and how it works!

Jonathan Hess and his fellow worker from Haller were so incredibly professional and did such a great job on our sink and plumbing repair as well as faucet installation. They were on time and finished the job in a timely manner. We have had zero plumbing services done in the house in the past but when we began having issues with our bathroom sinks, we called Haller and they were able to come right away which was so helpful. I was initially concerned about shoes/boots coming in and out of the house but they showed up with shoe covers in which just put their service right over the top for me! Will use Haller again.

We had excellent service from start to finish. Tech was super knowledgeable and the service guy Brandon was also great. He worked hard didn’t take breaks and walked us thru the process after he was done. It was nice the tech came out the afternoon before and they were able to install the new AC unit the next day. He was here at 730 and finished by 2. Mike M was very friendly and walked us thru the whole estimate. He didn’t try to sell us anything extra!! Highly recommend Haller

Alex was amazing. He was knowledgeable, respectful of my home, friendly and prompt. He answered all my questions and even double checked before he left to make sure I was comfortable with the service. I will be willing to use this service again in the future. Also, as a bonus, he was patient and friendly with my 3year old daughter, who is curious and asks ALL the questions.
