Haller sent Tyler out to fix our old Burnham boiler. I thought i was going crazy telling him of all the noises echoing through our pipes. The experience reminded me of a horror movie! But alas we have to replace the old and tired boiler as it's not cost effective to fix the old one. Thank you Tyler Nichol for your diligence and courteous manner. The new boiler is to be installed tomorrow morning. Can't wait for warmth and comfort! UPDATE: Well our new boiler was installed the very next day by a crew of 3.. a master plumber/boiler installer and 2 very capable apprentices. The old boiler was dismantled and removed within an hour and a half then the new one installed. It looks like a steam punk design, very cool looking. All compression fittings for the copper. We're very ecstatic over our new system. Thanks much guys and Haller as a whole. Brad and Mary
Our Representative was Jonathan Logan . He as always was exceptional. We personally request Jonathan because of his professionalism, knowledge and experience. His service skills as well as his customer service skills are rated an 11 on a scale of 1-10. We have a service contract with Haller and recommend them all the time. Haller sets everything up, notifies you when the representative is in their way. Provides extreme safety and security measures by providing a photo of your service rep. Jonathan is very careful and pays attention to the work he is doing whether it is a PM visit or an added need. Jonathan takes his time to explain possible upgrades, cost and quotes. Haller is amazing and so is the service. We have never had a rep we didn’t like, however we have developed a relationship with Jonathan and appreciate Haller’s willingness to assist with rep requests. Top notch all the way around.
Recommend Haller 100%. I had some concerns about my boiler after I replaced my Expansion tank. I generally try to do as much as I can on my own before I have to call somebody. Brian L came this morning. I explained everything I had done and he didn’t mind if I hung out and watched so I could learn more. At no time did he make me feel as if I didn’t know what I was talking about even if I didn’t have the right words for the parts. He explained things to me that I didn’t know. He was very helpful so that in the future, I knew what to look out for. There’s something to be said for any service person that comes out that takes the time to talk to you and get to know you and truly listen without being condescending. He offered and explained that the company has a service plan that I could sign up for he was never pushy about it. He just offered the information and said he would email me more details,and if it was something that I would like to do, I could contact the office. I appreciate that, and not being pushed into anything that I’m not ready to do.
