Haller sent Tyler out to fix our old Burnham boiler. I thought i was going crazy telling him of all the noises echoing through our pipes. The experience reminded me of a horror movie! But alas we have to replace the old and tired boiler as it's not cost effective to fix the old one. Thank you Tyler Nichol for your diligence and courteous manner. The new boiler is to be installed tomorrow morning. Can't wait for warmth and comfort! UPDATE: Well our new boiler was installed the very next day by a crew of 3.. a master plumber/boiler installer and 2 very capable apprentices. The old boiler was dismantled and removed within an hour and a half then the new one installed. It looks like a steam punk design, very cool looking. All compression fittings for the copper. Our Representative was Jonathan Logan . He as always was exceptional. We personally request Jonathan because of his professionalism, knowledge and experience. His service skills as well as his customer service skills are rated an 11 on a scale of 1-10. We have a service contract with Haller and recommend them all the time. Haller sets everything up, notifies you when the representative is in their way. Provides extreme safety and security measures by providing a photo of your service rep. Jonathan is very careful and pays attention to the work he is doing whether it is a PM visit or an added need. Jonathan takes his time to explain possible upgrades, cost and quotes. Haller is amazing and so is the service. We have never had a rep we didn’t like, however we have developed a relationship with Jonathan and appreciate Haller’s willingness to assist with rep requests. Top notch all the way around.

Recommend Haller 100%. I had some concerns about my boiler after I replaced my Expansion tank. I generally try to do as much as I can on my own before I have to call somebody. Brian L came this morning. I explained everything I had done and he didn’t mind if I hung out and watched so I could learn more. At no time did he make me feel as if I didn’t know what I was talking about even if I didn’t have the right words for the parts. He explained things to me that I didn’t know. He was very helpful so that in the future, I knew what to look out for. There’s something to be said for any service person that comes out that takes the time to talk to you and get to know you and truly listen without being condescending. He offered and explained that the company has a service plan that I could sign up for he was never pushy about it. He just offered the information and said he would email me more details,and if it was something that I would like to do, I could contact the office. I appreciate that, and not being pushed into anything that I’m not ready to do.

Johnathan Logan was our technician and he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly identified and fixed the issue and saved our HVAC system which avoided extreme costly repairs due to water in the ducting. I have been a loyal customer of Haller for more than 10 years. After my December 9th maintenance service I cancelled my loyalty membership. During the maintenance inspection the inspector said there was a potential for carbon monoxide because of a cracked heat exchanger in the unit. Note that I purchased a $100 carbon monoxide detector from Haller a couple of years ago. So, without permission he shut the gas off and “red tagged” the unit. We called his supervisor to complain and asked for some sort of waiver because at the end of the day, it’s our house and our decision. Yet, the only offer was to let us let them replace the burner unit for $5316 minus a loyalty discount of to $799 to get it to $4518 the next day. It was 20 degrees that day and that was the absolute worst service and a red flag for how to scare people into spending money. The technician who has been regularly coming to our home for years walked out of here with a basic shoulder shrug like “just doing my job”. Haller ought to be ashamed, but they aren’t because they get enough people who trust them to fall for this type of scam. We called another company that came right out and turned our gas back on and agreed there should be some sort of waiver, especially in the dead of winter. We had been in the market for a new heating and cooling system and might have purchased from Haller (as we had previously) but they completely violated our trust. So, we purchased from a more reputable company a week later to benefit from some of the rebates ending this year. Buyers beware of their scare tactics. Haller you need to fix your policy to serve the customers and not just your bottom line.

Called them out when I saw my main water shut off valve leaking. This was right after a big snowstorm and they were the only company that would send someone out same day. Brandon got there and immediately saw the problem and recommended a repair. While he was here he noticed build up in my pipes and checked our water hardness and found it was literally off the chart. He recommended a softener/ filter. It was definitely pricey but we needed to get a hold of the water issue now before more things started breaking. The company offered great financing options (cheaper rates than credit cards with interest free periods.) Brandon came back to install the unit and repair the valve. His communication was excellent and he was extremely professional and personable. I try to do most things myself but if I ever need help, Brandon, and Haller Enterprises will be my go to!

Brandon with Haller was fantastic! He was very professional, friendly, and skilled. He eased all of our concerns with our gas leak and installed a brand new line from our oven to the connection and tested everything and cleaned before leaving. We resolved the entire issue from quote to installation in 24hrs. We would absolutely recommend him to friends and family. Fantastic job!!

Thor has been great to work with. He is very friendly and explained everything, and was very fast drawing up quotes for additional work. He also went above and beyond to help find a solution for an outdoor mount that would be clean and seamless. We are excited to have him back to finish the work he quoted. Haller has been great to work with for our service plan as well. Every technician we have had for preventative maintenance on our A/C, Furnace, and tankless water heater has been friendly and professional. I highly recommend Haller to all my friends and neighbors.

Jared was extremely professional, was very articulate explaining what the problem was with the HVAC. I appreciated the same day service. Jared called and advised when he was 15 minutes away, which worked out well. Again, extremely profession and great manners. I really like this company.
