Chris was FANTASTIC!!! Explained what he was looking at and what he was going to do in great detailed, easy to understand verbiage. He was also both professional and personable in his demeanor. Very thorough and thoughtful. Was quite lovely that he went out of his way for me, to go get the part needed to finish the project in a timely manner. DEFINITELY 5 STARS FOR CHRIS!!! He’s the BEST!!!

Everything from scheduling to the technician visiting my house was quick and seamless. They were able to do a same day appointment and the tech, Michael M., was very informative and made sure to leave the space better than it was when he arrived, even cleaning up little water spots on the floor. Will definitely use this company again and highly recommend!

Isaac from Family Hansen did an excellent job with our HVAC inspection and repair. He was thorough, professional, and very respectful of both my time and my home. He took the time to explain everything clearly, went over every option with us, and even called my husband at work to make sure he understood everything as well. That extra effort truly meant a lot to us. I really appreciated Isaac’s professionalism and attention to detail and would highly recommend both him and Family Hansen.

I had a technician come out for what was supposed to be a simple shower cartridge replacement due to a leaking shower head. Its a Moen, so the part is popular and easily obtainable through Lowe's or home Depot. The most expensive price for that is at both places is 58 dollars. I am sure they don't obtain their parts through them, but as a shop and commercial plumbing company they probably pay even less for the part. The tech looked at the shower WITHOUT REMOVING ANYTHING, looked at the leaking shower head and agreed it "could be" the cartridge. He then said to replace that piece, which is a "simple fix" would cost me $563.00 plus tax and credit card processing fee...that is INSANE!! I do realize that it was an after hour fee, but paying close to 600 dollars for a 20 minute repair is price gouging. The tech said "you are paying for my expertise", which I realize but that is way too much. I verified with a plumber friend I have in California and even he said that is a 200-300 dollar job on the high end. I paid the 79 dollar service fee, which I agreed to from the initial phone call for his 3 minute assessment. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS COMPANY, ESPECIALLY AFTER HOURS. SHAME ON YOU CONNER FUNK & HANSEN FAMILY PLUBING & AIR!!!!

Connor was great! Came out to the house quickly, walked me through his plan and our options so I could make a decision. He didn't try to sell me on anything we didn't need. Very trustworthy and got our bathrooms up and running quickly. Hansen's my first call for any plumbing issues moving firward.

Anthony and his crew did an amazing job with a water line re-route. It took all day for three guys to complete. They were all very kind and respectful to the area where the work was done. I’m not exactly sure on the value, but the many reviews left for this company expressed quality and value. These are my go to guys for water related issues. They left after cleaning everything up. It was a huge job. I’m very satisfied.

A/C stopped cooling, just fan working, so I called Hanson Family Plumbing and Air for assistance. I had a great experience with this company a couple years ago with a kitchen plumbing issue, so felt comfortable contacting them for the HVAC. Ace Peterson arrived within the projected time, extremely pleasant as well as professional. He worked tirelessly to address the primary issue, left briefly to get the new part needed, returned and did some needed regular maintenance. It was a long day for him, with a couple extraneous issues that were noted and dealt with. His demeanor never varied from being pleasant, patient and forthright through the entire time, up to and including when he was ready to depart, when he kindly replaced the filter in my primary return for me. This company is a keeper.

Hansen Family Plumbing is the absolute best! My dishwasher had standing water in it and would not drain. They showed up less than an hour after I called to make an appointment! Dillon was extremely polite and professional and got my dishwasher working again in no time. They didn’t even charge me for the visit since it turned out to be a minor issue. I will only be using them for any plumbing issues in the future!

When I first met Mark I was impressed with his knowledge, confidence and professionalism. I felt very comfortable engaging with him and his pricing for the work I needed done was very fair and exceptable. When he and his assistant finished the job they made sure to test for leaks and clean up any mess that was made. I am very confident that I will hire Mark again and certainly refer Hansen Plumbing and Heating. Well Done!!!
