Chris was FANTASTIC!!! Explained what he was looking at and what he was going to do in great detailed, easy to understand verbiage. He was also both professional and personable in his demeanor. Very thorough and thoughtful. Was quite lovely that he went out of his way for me, to go get the part needed to finish the project in a timely manner. DEFINITELY 5 STARS FOR CHRIS!!! He’s the BEST!!!
Everything from scheduling to the technician visiting my house was quick and seamless. They were able to do a same day appointment and the tech, Michael M., was very informative and made sure to leave the space better than it was when he arrived, even cleaning up little water spots on the floor. Will definitely use this company again and highly recommend!
Isaac from Family Hansen did an excellent job with our HVAC inspection and repair. He was thorough, professional, and very respectful of both my time and my home. He took the time to explain everything clearly, went over every option with us, and even called my husband at work to make sure he understood everything as well.
