I don't know anything about Happy Pipes except when we really really needed a plumber a few years ago for an undesirable job, they were available on a weekend. They did excellent work then, and have performed several additional service calls in the ensuing years. Always professional, personable, and available. Total satisfaction.
My water heater went out in the middle night. Called first thing in the morning and Trae responded right out. He was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process amd was even able to get my water pressure figured out. I will definitely use and recommend Happy Pipes Plumbing and Trae in the future!
I have called Happy Pipes several times for maintenance, upgrades, and repairs. I know that when I call them the work will be well done, up to code, and will be headache free. This time it was a water heater, and I am more than pleased with Trae and the work done. Thank you!
