I had an exceptional experience with Chris’ support and service today! He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue with my heating system. He clearly had a tremendous level of expertise — he explained everything clearly, walked me through what needed to be done, and completed the repair efficiently and with great care and thoroughness. What stood out most was his attention to detail and respect for my home. He worked cleanly, tested everything thoroughly, and made sure the system was running perfectly, testing multiple iterations to ensure functionality, before leaving. He also answered all my questions with patience and never rushed the process. Overall, this was one of the best service experiences I’ve had! Outstanding service by Chris from start to finish! Came home to a burst pipe last night. Quick, friendly, professional service and no high pressure sales. This is a level of service you just dont see anymore. I was so pleased I signed up for their service contract, which again there was no high pressure sales. It just made good financial sense. Highly recommend!

I had a new furnace installed this week. Gabe and Brandon showed up early and began working. I have not seen 2 installers work so well together. They were in perfect step with eachother and completed the install within 7 hours. Cleanup was excellent and done immediately after work completion. Additionally, they took time to explain all the nuances that come with new equipment. No rush. Great job guys!

Fantastic service! Nick and Connor showed up on time. Took measures to keep as much as possible clean before working. They had the old furnace out in like 45 minutes and started working to put the new one in place. While the furnace was being worked on Connor worked on the outside unit. They realized the wrong thermostat was sent and had another one delivered (yes, they were honest!!!). After install was complete they went over everything from setting the thermostat to shut offs to surge protector. And then they actually cleaned up!!! I can't say enough about not only HB Home, but these two guys. They even thanked us fir allowing them to service our home. HB Home, you have a great team!!!

Dale and Daniel were excellent installers. They were very friendly and courteous They showed up on time and completed the job on time. The 4 mini splits are working perfectly. We think that the salesman should have more experience with the install so they can provide better details about the locations of the unit placements. Also, the salesman should have examples or samples to show to the customer.

Woke up and went downstairs to get some clothes out the dryer to find out my wall had been crying all night like first love broken heart crying(the drywall is done for its bad)...I shut the water line off and call HB McClure they sent Ross out to me within the hour, he was able to find the culprit and cut that part out and put a new section of copper pipe in, he was super friendly and knowledgeable and very affordable. I will be 100% calling again in the future for any plumbing needs even was told they have an electrician there as well. As a new customer it was a solid experience in customer service! Thank you Ross and HB!

The company was very easy to work with in my furnace replacement. Greg, the salesperson, cane soon after I called, explained everything and got me an estimate and links to great financing. He answered any questions I had prior to installation. Nick and Connor were wonderful installers. Did a great job, were respectful, a great team. With this very cold winter, I'm especially grateful for everyone's service. Maintenance will include the furnace and my mini split system, too.
