Ryan, Seth and his team were amazing to work with. After converting to gas, they installed central air with multiple zones in my house. They removed and disposed of all the old oil system (furnace, tank, etc.) and then they fit the new system so perfectly. They even moved my hot water heater just to make it all fit in the perfect space! Honestly the most professional company I have worked with. Price was in line with everyone else, but the service, communication, work ethic and quality was worth way more. Can't say enough and definitely recommend them to everyone. Thank you!

With over thirty‑five years in the construction materials inspection industry, I have high expectations — and I have to say, I was absolutely floored by the quality, craftsmanship, and professionalism this company delivered. When I came home from work to look over the completed project, I was genuinely taken aback. The work was immaculate. Their precision and attention to detail were evident everywhere. Even small touches — like trimming the tails off the zip ties — showed a level of care you rarely see. The water lines were thoughtfully routed, the wiring was neatly tied, and the overall housekeeping was exceptional. The Service done by this Company was top level work. Seth showed up right at 8AM as scheduled and did a fabulous job with installation and going over every detail with me when the job was done. He was accompanied by Bill and Neill and they all worked excellent as well. A total team effort and completed at a reasonable time! They hardly took a break while working many hours! Great job

Our central air went out during a heat wave and when I called, Ray was quick to help. She was able to send out two techs (Tyler and Nick I believe) almost right away. They were quick to diagnose that the circuit board was bad, but the part was in Harrisburg. They were nice enough to drive to Harrisburg, (from Ephrata) and come back and put the board in and got us cool again. A few months later, our air went out again during another heat wave. Unfortunately they couldn't get anyone out till the next day so I tried another company who I will not name (but they didn't make it in one hour). The tech did diagnose the problem (the capacitor was bad), but wanted to way overcharge and told me it would be cheaper to go buy a window unit. Since it was an older unit we talked about updating previously and decided now was the time. I called Hershey back and the owner Ryan came out to give me an estimate on a whole new system. While doing that he found he had a capacitor in his car and replaced it to get us cool again. Two days later three techs, Tyler, Bret and a third gentlemen who I didn't get his name did a fantastic job at installing a new furnace and central air unit in a very timely and professional manner. We can't thank everyone from Hershey Heating and Air enough for their help. We will be customers for life.

By Thursday afternoon—less than 24 hours later—we had a brand new unit installed and hot water flowing again. That kind of turnaround is hard to beat. Tylor, our technician, was top-notch. I had a new heat pump installed in my home. I want to say that my wife and I were very pleased with the contractor (Seth) and two of his helpers. They showed up on time and started right in with the installation of my heat pump. They were very professional and very clean during the install. Once the install was done they clean everything. And took the old heat pump away. There was a minor problem with the thermostat after they had left. I called them and Seth came right back and fixed the problem. I would recommend Hershey Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone who needs HVAC service.
