Outstanding experience with Glen. We recently had to replace our heating and air unit. When Glen came out to our home and he was friendly, professional, explained everything in a way we could understand, and really knew what he was doing. I was charged $687 for a service repair on my oven which I was told we would pay $200 down and the rest when the job was completed. I waited a month for 2 screws and an igniter, and it was only after I called was the tech dispatched to complete the repair. He did not replace the screws and the gas burner still comes apart. On top of that, they charged another $70 dispatch fee. See photos.

They canceled my appointment the day before and it was scheduled over a month out I called and an artificial intelligence person answers the phone cant get the correct spelling of my name when I asked for a real person it transferred me and Noone answered the phone so it shifted me to a machine and asked to leave a message or wait for the next available representative in which Noone answered and then kept looping me back and forth to the machine and same message still Noone answered 藍 Also last year they put in a new computer system and weren't taking out my monthly contract fee and then all at once deducted a large amount from my bank account all at once without any notification which after seeing it I canceled my yearly contract they told me nothing just went into my bank account and took what they want. Its all wrong.
