It was super easy to schedule an appointment online. Next day service was available. Justin was awesome. He is very knowledgeable about HVAC.He did a thorough evaluation of my unit upstairs in the attic and outside. Explained everything to me in detail and with pictures showing me what he saw. Answered any questions I had. He is very professional would recommend to anyone.

They did the new install of my new main water line into my house 1 week before I closed on it. They ran the main in the house at an angle, they used a short piece of pipe for the rise to the ceiling and then didn’t tack it to the ceiling properly so now it hangs and sags in places. I called them right after I had closed and they weren’t willing to fix THEIR bad quality work because the sale voided the warranty. They care more about their warranty than the quality of their work. I even called the manager and he said he would try to get it fixed for me but never called me back, when I called back he wouldn’t take my call but had the customer service rep tell me. Terrible craftsman ship by HL Bowman, would not suggest them to anyone. They even tried to sell me their services again to fix the problem, what a shame a company would do that.

Michael Montanez was a terrific person to work with, and I really enjoyed his visit yesterday. He was very professional, personable, patient and thorough. When his work was completed, he reviewed his findings with me in detail and answered all of my questions and concerns. Michael also took the time to explain additional products and services available along with their costs, which I was very interested to have for future reference. Michael is a great example of the quality of service HL Bowman provides its customers, and I am happy to be one of them.

The HL Bowman company and team was easy to work with. They responded quickly to my need to have my gas heater looked at as it wasn’t working correctly. I was able to get an entire new system installed on Monday after meeting with them on Friday. From the repairman to sales and installation each team member was professional and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with the services of HL Bowman. The service techs that have visited my home have provided excellent service. Chris came for a maintenance appt. on vac system and Bryon has serviced some major appliances. I would not hesitate to call them again when needed. I was so happy with the service I joined their maintenance program. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

We had our boiler break unfortunately this year and left with no heat. Austin Shafor was sent for diagnostic work and informed us we needed a whole new system. This was a shock but he showed and explained comprehensively why this is and used terms that non-boiler experts can understand. The very same day, they sent Nate Kudla, a sales specialist to inform us of their options. He was very informative and personable. The price was a shock but he lessened the blow with his reassurances and garuntees. The install was performed the very next day in very quick time where a whole new system was completed by Glen Keiper & Shayne Keiper. The work looks clean and professional. Overall, within my first call and completed job, the work was completed within 48 hours to a great standard. In case anyone has any price enquires, it is a lot more than Google AI says so don't believe that. We have since spoke to other mechanical specialists that say the overall price was reasonable.

He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through our options, which immediately put us at ease. Nate Kudla then came out to explain everything in terms that were easy for me to understand (especially since I have no background in this area). He was thorough, honest, and extremely helpful. Estefano Fernandez and Jason Moffitt handled the installation of our new system, and they were fantastic! Been a few years since last serviced furnace, as winters last (hopefully last) below freezing temps recently have us switching back to heat after days of open windows, my furnace not willing to fire up - dagnabit! I've heard some good reviews about HL Bowman services, was time to give them a shot. Jason Johnson showed up, I gave him a rundown of where I was knowing very little of his expertise & let him go to work. Checked in on his professional character a few times which last had the sound of a fired up furnace. Verbal explanation of repairs followed by a digital estimate & transaction invoice easily had me signing a service contract & from what I hear, another satisfied customer!
