They were punctual, professional and explained how to use our new heating/cooling system plus answered all of our questions. Estefano Hernandez and the rest of the crew professional HVAC installers from HL Bowman install my new heating and A/C system. All of the crew (sometimes 4) got right to work knowing exactly what to do without discussion. If my wife and I had a question, they would answered it clearly and respectfully. Equally as important when interacting with them, they weren’t afraid to smile. Showing me they enjoyed their work and were confident about their abilities.They never hurried, but I never saw him take a break. Norbert did an awesome job! He does nice work. Norbert installed several new upgrades to our hot water heater. He cleaned up and explained everything to us. We really appreciate all he did. Called HL Bowman as an emergency at night. They came the next day even though I was not a customer. My Heater and AC could not be fixed. They scheduled a new furnace install right away. The install went well and the techs were very professional. Unfortunately, the system never turned off after the techs left. I called back right away and was told I would hear back shortly. I waited until almost an hour then called back. I was told a tech would be back. Several hours later the manager informed me that no techs were available. I spent the night without heat. Two different techs arrive the next day. The low GWP board that runs the pressure sensors failed. They didn't have a replacement so they bypassed it. The next appointment time was missed. I called and after 20 minutes was speaking with the manager. He said he would call back. The call back was prompt and a tech was sent right away. Everything is now working. When calling they use an AI assistant to screen their calls. I believe I would have had a better response had I spoken to a person. HL Bowman (Pete) reached back out and apologized for the miscommunitions. They added an additional 1 year warranty for our trouble.

We recently had two complete furnace and AC systems installed by H.L. Bowman over back-to-back days on May 7th and 8th, 2026, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The installation crews were punctual, professional, highly skilled, and incredibly respectful of our home throughout the entire process. Coordinating two separate system installations over consecutive days could have easily become stressful, but the team made everything seamless and organized. Their teamwork, workmanship, attention to detail, and pride in what they do were evident every step of the way. My experience with H.L. Bowman has been Awsome. I have a had a few members of the team come out for up keep and to check out an old unit. Ran into some issues with that old unit which Austin Shafor throughly explained what was wrong with the unit as well as showed me so I had a better understand ment of what the issues were. He referred me to Brett Yeagley which came out that same day to discuss options for a new unit. That gentleman right there made this whole process happen quick, easy, as well as made this possible to be replaced overnight. He went over everything in the book, pricing, different units, what unit woukd be suitable as well as in my price range he did excellent work and made my problem become a solution. He had a team come out the very next day to get this unit installed properly which they installed my A/C, Furnace, new condenser, and thermostat in a timely fashion. That team consisted of Anel Hernandez as well as Alnaydo Rodriguez two great members of the H.L. Bowman team. They explained what they were doing how they were going to go about installing the units as well as throughly explained the units and their functions properly. These guys treat you like family are willing to answer any questions you may have. They work hard and are very good at what they do. This whole team made what I thought was a nightmare become into an eye opening blessing by getting the job done perfectly in a day before this winter storm we are about to get. I will not be cold in my home and my pipes will not be freezing this winter with what this team as made into reality today. I appreciate the H.L. Bowman team and the work they do. Alex installed a new toilet in a second floor bathroom after a leak was detected in the ceiling of the room below it. He was polite, professional and efficient. He explained the work to be done, the features and operation of the new toilet, and cleaned up after installation. We highly recommend H.L. Bowman and its employees like Alex and Earl, who originally located the source of the leak and made recommendations for repair/replacement. Their employees are knowledgeable and skilled, and Bowman's prices are very reasonable.

Kevin did a fantastic job! He was very time-oriented, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. The work completed on the kitchen sinks and the second-floor bathroom was excellent, and everything is functioning perfectly. The only concern I have is that the drywall has not yet been fixed. The cut-open section in the ceiling looks unfinished, so I would really appreciate it if someone could come back and complete that as soon as possible. Overall, Kevin and his team did an amazing job. I would definitely have them come back again for any HVAC needs in the future. I highly recommend HL Bowman to my family and friends—they truly provide top-quality service.
