Holm's Plumbing

Been working with Holmes for over a decade, several successful jobs executed. Had my first issue with their work and there is no accountability. Takeaway is they are affordable until you have a problem and then they do not seem to want to stand behind their work despite being a long time customer.

Tom does great work and got here within 3 days to fix two taps that froze during the winter. The only complaint I have is that the pricing seems really high. The price to add a valve into ann existing water line and add two frost free taps was about $500. If it wasn’t for expensive repair he’d have 5 stars. Maybe I’m just not versed well in how much plumbers charge but for about 1 hour or less of labor that seems too pricey. I’ll do better next time asking for a quote first.

We couldn't be more impressed with the service we got from Holm’s Plumbing. They came out the same day we called, which was a huge relief because we felt the issue seemed urgent . They quickly identified the problem and had it fixed the very same day. On top of that, the price they charged was exactly what they quoted my wife upfront—no surprises or hidden fees. After our water heater went out, we struggled to find someone who would install it without costing a fortune. From the moment I first contacted Holm's Plumbing they provided exceptional service. They have a reasonable bid which was what we ended up paying for the installation, far cheaper than anyone else we contact. Despite the lower cost, the quality was superior and one of the best experiences we've had when having to have someone maintenance or install at our home. When they came to install the water heater, they also helped us fix a part for a reasonable cost. The two workers were so kind and thoughtful to my son who loves to ask questions and explained to my son what they were doing. The installation went smoothly. The workers also helped us figure out another issue we're had been having at no extra cost. When we had a slight hiccup with the new water heater, they returned and got it working and it's been perfect since. What impressed me even more was later that night, many hours after they had gotten the water heater working, they contacted us to make sure it was still working well. They went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. I would definitely highly recommend their services and will use them again in the future as needed.

Tom does excellent work. He installed a secondary sump pump for me and repiped the combination to run to a better location. All the work is professional and clean. He came when he said he would and abided by the estimate he gave. I’ll call him again the next time I need plumbing work.
