Technician was great. Explained how to remedy the issue and precautions to take to prevent further incidents. He evaluated the situation, proposed and carried out a repair. Was also very personable. I have no clue on whether the fee was reasonable, since I have no frame of reference, but I have no complaints. Came out a day after I called and applied discount I had from their email ad. In the pic you can see the split in the pipe which occurred on the other side of the laundry room wall, in the garage. Blew a hole (and water) into the laundry room. Fortunately, I was up when it happened. Final pic is the repair. The moronic builders placed a water pipe on an outside, uninsulated, garage wall, 1 foot from the outdoors... Brilliant.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an exceptional water heater installation service from Zach Shoemaker at Horizon Services, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire process. He was professional, courteous, and clearly an expert in this area. He took the time to assess my home’s needs and recommended the best water heater for my situation, explaining the benefits of each option without any pressure to upsell. The installation process was seamless. Zach worked efficiently and maintained a clean workspace, ensuring that my home was left in perfect condition. He wore foot covers throughout the house and also covered the wheels of the dolly/hand truck. He also took the time to explain how to operate the new water heater and provided tips on maintenance, which I found incredibly helpful.

Woke up at midnight to the nightmare of a leaking water heater. They were there by 8am and replaced in no time . Definitely pleased with the response time also no emergency charge. Could not have asked for a better technician on top of it.The little helper didn’t bother him too much..Highly recommend

My 27 yo heating system was suddenly making a lot of noise. I called horizon service for a check. Steve came, he checked, showed me what's the problem. He advised me to have a new system built instead a costly repair for a temporary fix. I agreed. Then Gordon came in, carefully surveyed whole system, came up a reasonable new plan which we felt comfortable to accept. Next day , Vidal and his crews came , professionally installed whole system. They kept whole working area super clean. And the new system is running so quietly just before the closest day! During the whole process,they used texting and emails to inform us when we're expecting them to come, significantly reduced our anxiety. Thanks for the whole team. Job well done! Plus we had water boiler installed by them a few years ago. Still running great. We trust them a lot!

I cannot recommend Cody enough! We had a massive issue with our water heater right before the weekend, and Cody absolutely saved the day. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly professional and kind. He got straight to work installing the new unit, but what really impressed me was how patient he was. He took the time to explain the process and even taught me a few things about how the system works. Furthermore, he was super accommodating with my home setup, even handling my energetic dog with ease while he worked. Fast, efficient, and great to deal with—Cody is now my go-to plumber. 10 stars!

My name is Martin in Aberdeen, MD. I was thorughly impressed with HORIZON Services. My water heater died and started to leak. I called Sunday evening and a tech (Chris) was here Monday to assess and write an estimate and arrange for installation the very next day. He was helpful, personable and professional. And he was kind enough to get a small pump from his truck and drain the water heater before he left. The sponge and bucket had gotten old. He returned early the next day with a helper and they got it done. Neatly and cleanly! HORIZON sent text and email confirmations, ETA's, a pre-job copy of the contract and explanation of charges, no stone left unturned, no question unanswered. And Chris was a really nice and knowledgeable person. I liked the the way Chris handled business so much I signed up for HORIZON's modestly priced service contract.

My tech today was Newton Pena and he was awesome let me tell you I had so many questions for him as he was doing the job and he would answer every single one of them and explain to me what he was doing and why it was going to benefit me, I had a busted pipe under my deck that I use for my garden hose and it was connected to the pipe in my house and he replaced the pipe and added a shut off valve to the pipe in side my house so next winter I could turn it off from the inside so it won't bust again and he put installation around the outside pipe, he also changed out my main water shut off valve in my house because it was so old that we couldn't turn the water off. Along with that he did the same thing to the one on the side of my house that I use for my garden hose so they all will be winterized so I can now turn everything off inside not worry about anything freezing. He was so friendly and kind and had alot of patience with me I do ask alot of questions because I want to understand and know what I should do and should not do and he explain it all to me. Newton I want to thank you again for all of your hard work and patience and making me feel comfortable to even ask my questions you are the best. I have used Horizon for many other things like my New AC unit and my New boiler any they have never disappointed me I think it's been over 6 years that I have used them for work. I called Tuedsay and he was here Wednesday morning. I am so happy that everything is fixed and completed.

I had a great experience with my service man-Jake! He’s kind, respectful and knowledgeable about his work. Took time to explain things, what I can update to make things better or my machine last longer and he cleaned my A/C unit! I couldn’t have asked for a more proficient person with a good company to come to my home. Will recommend him any day/ any time. Please come back soon. Bravo!!
