Owner Jake answers the phone 24/7 and will provide you with a date and plan of action on the spot, very easy to work and communicate with. His team gets to work without hesitation and is very personable. I purchased a new gas oven from Lowe's and requested installation thinking it would be simple as directing a pipe back to the stove. The Lowe's installer said I needed a line added with a valve. Installer provided me with a contact to Jake that got me fast and fair service. I immediately called Hydro-Rooter, sent some pictures and described the situation, and Jake asked if "tomorrow was okay" as if I expected him to show up immediately. I was astonished already! Of course, after I hung up I realized I had an additional plumbing issue, a long time slow draining toilet, and called back to request an additional service during the gas line inspection and we laughed because that is absolutely something their team can tackle. Martin arrived on Saturday and was ready to go, even with the additional expectation of treating/training my puppy to somewhat behave with strangers in the home. He inspected the kitchen and outdoors and immediately contacted Jake to provide a quote for gas line install. While waiting for the quote, Martin quickly started tackling the toilet. After exhausting all possible options (including augering from the roof), we came to the conclusion that a new toilet was in order. Martin is fair and understanding to my situation, and was not offended when I shared that I plan to replace the toilet on my own (still in process by the way). Martin's portion of the repair was complete at this time and after only a few minutes of waiting we received word on a quote to install a new gas line. I accepted their very reasonable quote and scheduled for the following Monday morning! The entire team was again very understanding of my personal work schedule and worked with my and my significant other to dial in a timeframe and get us taken care of. Here we are on Monday afternoon and I have a better than natural looking gas line to my brand new stove, and a plan of action for my decaying pipes in the future. Jake replaced my mother in law’s failing water heater on 1 day’s notice, great price and great service. A few days later, Martin did a toilet pull and reset, resolving the issue we were having with that toilet. Both services were the most competitive quote we got, and were done promptly and professionally. Highly recommend Hydro Rooter & Plumbing!

I had a wonderful experience with Hydro Rooter & Plumbing. They answered my call on the first try, no leaving messages and hoping someone gets back to you. He was also quick to come out and worked with my schedule. Finding out you have roots in your pipes is not a great feeling but Jake is really knowledgeable and gave me several options to fix the issues cloging my drains. He sent his team Martin & Chris out, they made quick work of the roots and took videos to show me absolutely clear pipes. Very grateful for their help .

They were VERY Professional, VERY knowledgeable, VERY Thorough and VERY Clean. By far beat the nearest competitor’s price. Will definitely be using them for all my future plumbing needs. I have already recommended them to two other neighbors as the majority of the homes in my neighborhood have older clay or cast iron pipes.

These guys are great - super responsive, communicative, and thorough. They installed clean outs and hydro jetted the pipes of my 1960s house and were able to get everything flowing again! Yvette in the office is super efficient and polite as well. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough positive things about this business. They went above and beyond to work with me, highly professional and efficient. They also did a beautiful job with cleanup after the job was done. I was blown away. They kept me apprised at every turn- videos, explanations, answered all of my questions. At no point did I feel like I didn’t know what was going on. Jake himself answers the phone every time you call or text. What could have turned into a disaster, they turned into a perfect fix. Hydro Rooter did an awesome job! Jake couldn’t have sent a better team to address my sewer issues. He provided me with expert advice on how to approach my plugged drain issues. After all utilities were located his team; Chris, Billy and Martin executed a well thought out plan. Because my aged plumbing system had no clean outs they had to dig down to the main line and install a bidirectional clean out. Chris and Billy made short work of digging and exposing the offending pipe. All three shared in the process of installing the clean outs. Once installed Martin hydro-jetted the stubborn clog and my drain was open! It’s a pleasure to see a crew work harmoniously to accomplish a goal. These guys clearly enjoy their work and take pleasure ensuring their customers are happy. I would recommend Hydro-Rooter; Jake, Chris, Billy, and Martin to everyone .

Jake & his crew are amazing & I recommend them for ALL of your plumbing needs! Hands down, this was the BEST experience I’ve ever had working with a contractor!!! We needed several plumbing issues fixed, including having a shower, torn out and replaced. After being disappointed by another plumber who couldn’t do the work, I was referred to Hydro Rooter & Plumbing by a friend who worked with them last year & was VERY HAPPY with their work. I called Jake on a Friday. He there within hours, went directly to the hardware store afterwards and found us a new shower. We signed the contract on a Saturday and his crew began working The following Monday. After four days, we had a new shower at all our plumbing problems fixed! They even fixed a couple plumbing issues that we’ve dealt with for, years that were due to faulty work that was done when our house was built. Everyone we worked with was courteous, prompt & professional. The communication was great, including a rundown of what they expected to accomplish that day, a summary of what had been done at the end of the day & what to expect for the next day & a “heads up” when they were on the way. Every other contractor out there should follow their business model! The guys were careful to work neatly and not damage anything, putting Paper on the floor to prevent dirt from getting all over the house (the demolition part of this type of job is going to be messy). I will use them again if I ever need any plumbing work & recommend them to ALL my family & friends. I wish I could give them more stars, as they EXCEEDED my expectations & we feel so fortunate to find them. THANK YOU to Jake, Martin & Chris!!!
