Owner Jake answers the phone 24/7 and will provide you with a date and plan of action on the spot, very easy to work and communicate with. His team gets to work without hesitation and is very personable. I purchased a new gas oven from Lowe's and requested installation thinking it would be simple as directing a pipe back to the stove. The Lowe's installer said I needed a line added with a valve. Installer provided me with a contact to Jake that got me fast and fair service. I immediately called Hydro-Rooter, sent some pictures and described the situation, and Jake asked if "tomorrow was okay" as if I expected him to show up immediately. I was astonished already! Of course, after I hung up I realized I had an additional plumbing issue, a long time slow draining toilet, and called back to request an additional service during the gas line inspection and we laughed because that is absolutely something their team can tackle. Martin arrived on Saturday and was ready to go, even with the additional expectation of treating/training my puppy to somewhat behave with strangers in the home. He inspected the kitchen and outdoors and immediately contacted Jake to provide a quote for gas line install. While waiting for the quote, Martin quickly started tackling the toilet. After exhausting all possible options (including augering from the roof), we came to the conclusion that a new toilet was in order. Martin is fair and understanding to my situation, and was not offended when I shared that I plan to replace the toilet on my own (still in process by the way). Martin's portion of the repair was complete at this time and after only a few minutes of waiting we received word on a quote to install a new gas line. I accepted their very reasonable quote and scheduled for the following Monday morning! The entire team was again very understanding of my personal work schedule and worked with my and my significant other to dial in a timeframe and get us taken care of. Here we are on Monday afternoon and I have a better than natural looking gas line to my brand new stove, and a plan of action for my decaying pipes in the future. Jake replaced my mother in law’s failing water heater on 1 day’s notice, great price and great service. A few days later, Martin did a toilet pull and reset, resolving the issue we were having with that toilet. Both services were the most competitive quote we got, and were done promptly and professionally. Highly recommend Hydro Rooter & Plumbing!

I had a wonderful experience with Hydro Rooter & Plumbing. They answered my call on the first try, no leaving messages and hoping someone gets back to you. He was also quick to come out and worked with my schedule. Finding out you have roots in your pipes is not a great feeling but Jake is really knowledgeable and gave me several options to fix the issues cloging my drains. He sent his team Martin & Chris out, they made quick work of the roots and took videos to show me absolutely clear pipes. Very grateful for their help .
