Awesome plumber. Tony came out on short notice after communicating via text. He accurately diagnosed a failed sump pump, and then returned to replace the broken part. He did exactly what he said he would do, and the price was fair. Tony's a true professional, and he was nice to hang out with. Strongly recommend.

We had to call for emergency service over the weekend because our water heater’s pilot light went out. Tony came out quickly, and the emergency fee was very reasonable. He was friendly, explained everything he was doing, and really took the time to figure out the issue. A few days later, our hot water is still working perfectly! I’d definitely recommend this company and will keep them in mind for any future plumbing needs.

The professionalism shown by Tony was top notch. Not only was Tony knowledgeable, he was very efficient, courteous and he listened to my concerns. My drain system was clogged and water was backing up in my basement. After listening to me, he assessed the situation and rectified it. I appreciate him explaining everything to me. I am very pleased with his work and his work ethic! The pricing was good also! I’ve dealt with other plumbers, some good and some bad. However to date, Tony at IFixdit Plumbing is the absolute best!

IFixdit plumber, Tony, responded to my plumbing emergency on a Saturday. He communicated promptly and clearly via text message. The emergency fee structure was explained and agreed upon. Tony called in advance and arrived in a timely manner. He investigated the problem (a clogged drain system which had backed up into the basement), suggested a plan and explained the cost. He proceeded with the work and was thorough and kept me apprised of the progress. He cleared my drain, snaking via the sewer cleanout and then fished his camera through the whole system to confirm everything was in proper order. I would call Tony again with any plumbing need!

Contacted Tony about soil pipe repair on Mon. & after seeing what was needed, returned on Wednesday & made the repair in a timely manner. It looks very secure & tight even with the awkward positioning. Work was also done in a calm courteous manner.

I contacted Ifixedit for a leaky shower faucet. Tony came out and looked at the situation and explained in detail what was needed and gave two options. Tony informed me of the cost for both options. Option one was temporary and option two would be long term. I selected the long term option and the service quite frankly exceeded my expectation. Very neat and clean installation and professional interaction. I will definitely contact again for service as well as refer to family and friends.
