Integrity plumbing solutions is great. I needed my bathtub faucet replaced and he came out, answered all my questions and concerns. He was able to come back to install them the next day. He was very efficient and explained everything to me and why. I really appreciate that.I highly recommend him. His wife is great with helping him and she cleaned up after he was done.

We had our bathtub replaced and William and Sarah did an excellent job. There were quite a few problems but Integrity Plumbing Solutions worked through all of them with professionalism. William always came up with great ideas to overcome every problem. They kept us up-to-date on the progress, tested everything to make sure everything worked correctly, and cleaned up professionally afterwards. William and Sarah were great. I spoke to Sarah on the phone several times and she’d text me to stay in touch until William was able to get here and pull my toilet to replace the seal that was leaking. He did a great good and explained everything as he went along and was a pleasure to talk to. We have him coming back to fix our kitchen faucet next plus we have plenty more work that needs done and we’ll definitely call Integrity again. It’s nice to finally have someone actually in Sierra Vista!!

Had Integrity Plumbing out to fix some old pipes on my pressure tank and install a water softener system. Not only did they do a great job, they took the time to show me their work and explained everything to me in detail. They also answered all questions and concerns I had. Good people doing great work. I'm very pleased to have hired Integrity Plumbing Solutions to install a water softener system for my home. With this being my first one, William was very patient and thorough in explaining the whole system, down to the smallest bit, and answering all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work, and it was very refreshing to speak with a down-to-earth and honest person when deciding on such a big purchase, in comparison to dealing with workers from a big business who generally want all the money and aren't personable, doing the bare minimum. William and his wife, Sarah were very kind and pleasant to work with. William had many suggestions and solutions to problems i had, tending to every concern my wife and I had. He installed the system and added separate hose valves that I can tap into to use hard water for my tree watering and fish tank. Plus, while there he fixed multiple issues I had with my water heater. The system is working great for us. My water is soft and pleasant, and we are already reaping the benefits .
