I can’t say enough good things about the plumbers who helped us out in West Jordan. Javier and Luis have done a lot of work at our house, including putting in a water softener and iron filter system, as well as a new reverse osmosis system. They really know their stuff and took the time to explain how everything works and made sure everything was installed the right way. The pricing was reasonable and I never felt pushed to buy anything extra. We had struggled with low water pressure for years after moving in, which is what made me call for plumbing help in the first place. Javier came over and spent plenty of time figuring out what was wrong and made a clear plan to fix it. He was spot on! They also replaced the old pipes so everything fit just right. Now our water pressure is perfect and we couldn’t be happier. After that, they came back to install the reverse osmosis system and even cleared a clogged drain upstairs at no extra cost. Javier and Luis are really friendly and trustworthy—plumbers I’d definitely call again for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend them!

The first couple of plumbers could not get to me, and several people referred me to Luis. I needed three estimates for my insurance claim, and all three plumbers said the same repair was needed. This time, Luis came out and was very friendly, skilled, and easy to talk with. What really made them stand out was everything they did beyond the basic water heater replacement. They installed the new water heater at my home, did the job the right way, were polite, professional, and careful with my property, and the price was fair and competitive. What truly earned my trust was how they handled an unexpected plumbing problem after the water was turned back on. A Manabloc failed even though they had not worked on that part and it was nowhere near the water heater, so it clearly was not their mistake. Even so, Theodore stayed and spent about 90 extra minutes trying to troubleshoot it and help get things working. They contacted multiple plumbing supply places to track down the needed part, and although the water had to remain off to the house until a replacement was found, they kept working on a solution and stayed in touch the whole time. Javier followed up over the weekend with updates on locating and pricing the part, which showed real care and commitment. As soon as the replacement arrived, Luis came back right away and repaired the broken line that same day so we could get our water service restored without any unnecessary delay. That level of customer care, fast response, and honest plumbing service is why they are the only plumbers I want to use. They went above and beyond, and it is clear they truly care about their customers.
