This is the absolute best plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Second time they have been to my home to do repairs. Always honest, pricing comes in lower than initial quotes, and only doing the repairs that are absolutely necessary. I never have to question anything nor need to because they always take the time to explain everything. Jackson Plumbing is excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Chris S was SO EASY to work with!!! Also very pleasant, polite, and respectful to me and my property. There were a few small extras that were needed, which he was happy to do, and was prepared with everything on hand. The office staff was also exceptional and communicated wiith reminders and updates. We had Jackson Plumbing come to our house to install a new kitchen faucet and replace parts of our shower. Andres was the very courteous plumber and he did an excellent job. The faucet that we picked out had a lock nut come loose (which this faucet is notorious for) so we called and Jackson Plumbing sent Ryan over THE NEXT DAY!! Ryan had it fixed within 15 minutes and he was extremely friendly and especially considerate. Dee and Karen back at he office were so helpful in arranging service to accommodate us. These are just great people to deal with. It is so rare these days to find this type of service and we HIGHLY recommend that you give Jackson Plumbing a call for all of your plumbing needs.

Needing an emergency service call because your water tank burst is not the best way to start the new year, but Jackson's is the best way to get it resolved. Special shout-out to J.R. who came out at 8:30 p.m. from Fairview to Erie to do the removal and install. J.R. was very pleasant and professional. Even working alone, he was able to drain and remove the old tank and install the new one in about 2 hours. He did an excellent job cleaning up too. I highly recommend Jackson Plumbing for their service as well as their pricing. (The quote I received from a different plumbing company was $800 more.)

We had a clogged pipe that our kitchen and laundry drained into. Awesome experience dealing with them! They were able to get us on their schedule super quick with the holiday. New faucet in bathroom sink. Our bathroom Is very small and it’s a pedestal sink, so not much room to work. To top it off, the shut-off was corroded and not usable so water had to be shut off at the main. Ryan replaced the corroded parts, installed the new faucet efficiently and quickly, and is always cheerful. We strongly recommend Jackson Plumbing!

Andres and Bruce were professional and courteous. They performed all tasks thoroughly and efficiently. I had asked to have a water shutoff valve replaced and new delta shower head and faucet hardware installed and they did these and one or two other small things they noticed that would have needed to be addressed in the future. I was very impressed by them and would use them again.
