We recently had the JB Plumbing/HVAC & Construction Division do work in our house and we are so glad we did! They always were highly recommended on Facebook and now we know why. Everyone that worked on our house were professional, friendly and took pride in their work. We were lucky to have Aaron Smith and his team of Brad A and John D and others work on our house. Great experience from beginning to end! We had new bedroom windows installed - and from scheduling the work with Megan, to Aaron talking us through the process, to the team showing up for the install - everyone was friendly, timely, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Three plumbers spent almost an entire day at my house installing a water softener and fixing various plumbing issues. They updated alot of basement pipes, etc. I do not think they took a single break! Such a great group of hard-working and pleasant men. The work looked fantastic.

My wife and I have been using them for a couple of our plumbing/heating problems and a small plumbing project and they are absolutely the best company we have done business with. Great work, fast, honest and all their employees are so knowledgeable and kind! I definitely recommend! If I could give 10 stars I would. Im so glad I stumbled across them when I did!

We had to wait much longer than we were told we would initially. When the work started it was consistent and the workers were very nice and respectful. The work completed is extraordinary high quality and beautiful. They said they would be back to finish one part that did not get finished but at the time I am completing this they have still not returned to do that. The length of time that lapses frequently from what they state will happen and what it actually takes to happen is the only thing that kept me from 5 stars.

Highly recommend. Their technician John got my issue diagnosed right away. I needed a new tankless boiler and they got me scheduled and installed in less than a week. The entire staff is friendly and no phone robots to deal with when you call.

Jeff personally came to our home to discuss the emergency need of replacing our HVAC system. No sales pitch, just straightforward information and recommendation. With hours I had a quote and a tenative next day install. The price was excellent when compared to other companies. Installation and the crew were efficient and knowledgeable.
