Josh Tippets at JBK is phenomenal! He flushed my water Heaters in all my rental properties in Sept 2025 and told me one of them was on its last leg with rust. I decided to chance it and hold out since it was only 6 years old. He highly recommended that I put water sensors underneath just in case it went bad. Well this morning I woke up and the sensor was screaming from the basement service room since it failed and started flooding the Baseboards and studs. He immediately came out and replaced my Water Heater within a few hours and ALSo saved me thousands of dollars in flood damage since I caught it early. Would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!!
Josh was incredible! He fixed our water heater and offered lots of information/recommendations on how to improve other plumbing issues we were having on our own. This guy is so nice, professional and easy to talk to. He is GREAT at explaining things. He does a great job and we will 100% be using him for any future plumbing needs. We will be recommending him to all our family and friends!
