JDL Plumbing would get an even higher rating if I could go above 5! As a "Master Plumber," Jordan is an exceptional plumber. We had recruited support from another organization which looked at our main sewer line replacement as a major challenge. However, Jordan took less than 5 minutes to assess the issue, determine a very fair and reasonable price and promise to get the job done 2 days prior to our final closing. This repair was the last major hurdle we had to selling our home; and Jordan, as a man of his word and "Master Plumber" came through for us. He not only made the repair by accurately assessing what was needed in all regards, the time and materials needed; but he arrived and completed the work with no delays. Then, to top off matters, he also completed two other minor but unrelated repairs for a reasonable fee. I would highly recommend JDL Plumbing for all your plumbing needs but especially if you are in a bind and have an immediate need for "WORLD CLASS" service, expertise and pricing. THANK YOU JORDAN!

JDL provides great service and at a reasonable price. Jordan replaced my gas Water Heater. Was able to do next day. Very Professional. Other Plumbers quoted unreasonably higher estimates. JDL is a small business and cares about their customers.

Jordan came out on an emergency call. A coupling that joined two of the water pipes failed and I was having water leaking from upstairs into my living room. When he came out, he was not very communicative. He did fix the problem, told me the charge got his payment and left. Since then I have contacted him multiple times requesting a receipt for the work performed. I need to submit an insurance claim. All of this occurred three weeks ago and I still have not gotten a receipt or an explanation of the work actually performed. Multiple attempts to get this taken care of and I have just been blown off. NO I do NOT recommend doing business with him.
