As they always say when you call, it's a great day at Jeffrey Wilbur Plumbing, Heating & Air. It's an even better day when two Wilbur technicians appear at your house to perform separate services. Mark arrived at our house to replace our water heater with a new system. He provided thorough explanations of his work and made sure to check with me throughout the process. Shortly after Mark's arrival, Tony arrived to perform our annual furnace inspection to ensure everything was working properly. Tony also provided a review of his work and findings to ensure I understood the work preformed. Mark and Tony worked well together during their time at our house and it's good to know we'll be in good hands if/when any issues arise.

Been using Wilber plumbing since we bought our house. Techs are always on time for the appointment. Recently had Tony come in to service our heat; he was very respectful and explained everything he was going to do. Tony also gave his professional recommendations for things he saw that may need to be replaced in the future. Will continue to us the company for any and all services

We've used Jeff Wilbur plumbing and heating for years for both our primary home and our rental properties. They are quick to get us scheduled, are efficient with fixing our many complicated issues, and always are professional. We've used most of their services including repiping, sewer repair, wash tub installation, mini split installation, heating and air replacement, and water heater installation. The technician, Tony, arrived on time and quickly got to work to perform the preventive maintenance on our A/C system. Tony was courteous and efficient. He went over his findings and made sure to return our thermostat to our preferred settings after he completed his inspection. Another quality appointment with Wilbur.

I’ve been a part of the care club program for some time now and it is absolutely worth it!! My latest call was in regards to a plumbing problem— specifically the fact that my kitchen sink decided to take a permanent vacation while we were international.. I made the call and next day we had Mark come out to our home, he diagnosed the problem and with in a couple weeks (through our choice) Mark came back out to do a full install for our sink and faucet!! Mark is absolutely in this business for passion and for his love to help people- it was extremely evident from the moment I first spoke to him on the phone when we were trying to set our initial appointment. He is extremely patient and well mannered and took the time to show and explain everything that was going on which was huge for me because I have a ton of anxiety when it comes to anything home improvement related. I’m glad to know that I have this company to provide stellar service with people who genuinely want to help people because that is SO hard to come by these days. If you are in the process of looking for HVAC or plumbing to be done in your home please don’t look any further. You will be in great hands from the beginning to end of your process. I scheduled an A/C tune-up maintenance. I had a $99 coupon, which I mentioned when I booked the appointment. However, after the service was completed, I was informed that I had to pay an additional $75 service fee, making the total $174. What was most frustrating was that I was informed afterward that their maintenance plan costs about $150 per year and includes two maintenance visits. Had I known this beforehand, I would have chosen the maintenance plan instead of paying more for a single visit. I said that I would sign up for the maintenance plan, but the technician said that regardless of whether I sign up today, I still have to pay the service fee for today. Customers should be aware that even when using the coupon, a service fee still applies. This information should be disclosed when the appointment is scheduled.

Had Wilbur Plumbing do our annual spring A/C preventative maintenance check as part of the Comfort Club package. As always, they were on time, provided text confirmation the day before, and about 20 minutes before arrival. Tony was prompt, efficient, thorough, and friendly. Great service!

We called for an appointment, expecting to have to wait a week or so since we were having record high heat. They gave us an appointment for the next day! Tony called 3 1/2 hours before our appointment and asked if he could come early. It was 81 degrees in our house, so we welcomed the earlier appointment. He was so professional and showed us the problem, had the part we needed in the van. Our air-conditioning was back on in 15 minutes. Thank you Tony for the fast, efficient, friendly service.
