Jim does great work. He has helped us with quite a few repairs and replacements of toilets, faucets, and pipes. His recommendation of high quality products and his good installations are why we keep coming back.

Jim has come out to seat both of our toilets on separate occasions and he has done a phenomenal job! After we somewhat ignorantly embarked on a DIY flooring project, we messed up a few things and also discovered that our homebuilders had done things in some unconventional ways. Jim was able to immediately know what to do to remedy the issues and was quick to fit us in both times! Not only is his pricing fair, but the peace of mind that comes with knowing it's been done right is worth every penny! Hopefully we don't have any more issues, but if we do we'll for sure be calling Jim!
