Jim has come out to seat both of our toilets on separate occasions and he has done a phenomenal job! After we somewhat ignorantly embarked on a DIY flooring project, we messed up a few things and also discovered that our homebuilders had done things in some unconventional ways. Jim was able to immediately know what to do to remedy the issues and was quick to fit us in both times! Not only is his pricing fair, but the peace of mind that comes with knowing it's been done right is worth every penny! Hopefully we don't have any more issues, but if we do we'll for sure be calling Jim!

I chose Jim because of his positive reviews. I’m very glad I did! He charged 1/3rd as much for the same job that a previous plumber did. More importantly, he was cordial, professional, on-time, and just a pleasure to have in our home. He is definitely our go-to plumber at this house!
