Our experience with John's was nothing short of incredible. Shawn did an awesome job asking the right questions and evaluating our home to get us into the right HVAC unit for us. Justin and his team made the install look easy! No AC in the summer is a nightmare, but John's was able to come out same day to review our home and the new AC was installed less than 48hrs later. Great communication, timely service, and transparent selling. Can't recommend them enough!

Absolutely the best plumber I ever had. He noticed and fixed the problems no one else could solve. For 20 years other plumbers never could find which way my pipes were going. Seriously. They thought my pipes were going in the opposite direction from where they were actually going. Sounds unbelievable but it is sadly true. Steven had it figured out in less than 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say? Plus I got the most professional service you could imagine. That kind of service is almost to good to expect. I would never go anywhere but John's plumbing. First of all, I’ve always (several years now) had good experiences with John’s. They’re always responsive, professional, and diligent. I like that there’s no intentional confusion. They essentially say “here are pictures, here are OEM recommendations, here is where you are supposed to be, and here is where you are at” then proceed to explain things so you understand. Tremayne visited me today and upheld my opinion of John’s. He was nice, professional, and gave me several options that were clear cut. I appreciate that. I signed up for another 3 years of maintenance! John’s will be my AC company for the foreseeable future.

Bradley and Ivan were great, I just had a typical maintenance to ensure my system is running well. They explained their findings and what steps I should take to keep my unit running smooth. Also happy they informed me of my warranty date which I didn’t realize ends this summer. Overall my experience with John’s has been great.

Derek was very informative and explained the features and functionality of the new system. He also ensured everything was tested and was satisfactory during the install. Highly recommend the recirculating pump to pull the hot water immediately through the lines at the furthest point of the house. A pleasure doing business with him!

Austin Maxson completed n emergency repair for us on June 10, 2026. He was prompt and arrived ready to work. He was thorough in his inspection and assessment. He explained his process and rationale. He completed tests of our house gas system and identified the problem needing repair. Throughout the process he was polite and communicated well.He was able to complete the repair and was finished in under three hours. Austin is a great example of a confident , professional and personable employee. John’s can be proud that he represents them to their customers.

the crew showed up on time and were very respectful. the work looks great. they cleaned up after. Nothing left behind. after the installation Justin took all the time I needed to explain the system including the wifi thermostat. very pleased with the installation crew!

Had a wonderful experience working with Carlos, I could tell he really cared and wanted to get our AC fixed. He was super respectful and explained everything thoroughly. We have worked with other companies in the past and they certainly did not match this level of professionalism! Highly recommend!
