Carlos did a fantastic job. He called and asked if he could come earlier than the original scheduled time and I quickly said yes. Getting to our home earlier than expected to resolve our leaky hot water heater was wonderful. Jorges Plumbing made some repairs to my home to finalize my purchase. They took care of everything. I needed to comeback to check on something minor to which they respilonded and took care of it swiftly. Israel showed up and work on it and did an excellent job. Lupe got me an appointment swiftly, and Carlos arrived right on time. I had overestimated my ability and underestimated the amount of time it would take to install a new sink and vanity in my bathroom, especially considering the more than 50-year-old cast-iron pipe in the wall. Carlos professionally found and fixed my problems. I am once again thrilled with their service! I will continue to return to this Plumber.

The technician came out immediately and fixed the problem but was very rough banging on the plumbing, said he could not get part off. Charged me for a part but not sure if he was able to replace it. Left his mess and was out in a hurry. Now I hear the pipes whenever I turn on the shower.

Our water heater started to leak. The unit was still within the warranty period. We contacted the AO Smith personnel and they put us in touch with the local warranty dealer. They recommended Jorge's Plumbing. We had used other plumbers in the past for the same problem but were not pleased with the servce or price. Jorge sent a plumber within an hour. I had drained the unit and all he needed to do was remove it and pick up the new one. The plumber, I believe was Carlos, did an excellent job and we were back in business within 2 hours.

Our bathtub drain and shower head was leaking. Leo showed up and fixed it in under an hour. He was in and out, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Very fair and reasonable pricing. 10/10 would recommend to any homeowner needing a plumbing fix. They will be who I call whenever we need a plumber.

My husband and I won a Veterans Day bathroom remodel contest through Jorge's plumbing. Everything seemed great at first. Shortly after with in weeks, I noticed glue from the flooring coming up through the seams of the flooring. We had never had a problem with this bathroom prior to the remodel. Now it's a complete nightmare. Black mold! Water coming up throughout the flooring, shower pretty much rotting. I contacted Jorge's plumbing regarding this issue. They came to my home attempted to fix the issue a faulty drain that they installed! They charged me $$$ and still has provided no invoice for the work that has been done. Seriously! So it's a big NO for me! I will never trust this company or use their services again. Thank you for ruining my bathroom.
