I want to thank Ed and Vernon for solving the drainage problem in my bathtub and also for putting new fixtures in my tub. I have no idea what I would have done without their guidance. I had wanted new fixtures for my tub, but I didn't know exactly what brand, shape, or color I should purchase. Ed had taken time out of his busy schedule to make phone calls to find me exactly what I wanted. I needed my drain problem solved, but the day that Vernon arrived to install the drain I did not yet have the materials needed for the installation. So, Vernon made a special trip that very day to get the parts needed, and in no time, he was back with the materials and my drain problem was solved. I greatly appreciate their excellent service and patience that they showed toward a novice plumber like me.

I need a propane line resized in fairly quickly due to some new construction we were doing and everyone was at least a month out before they could even come look at it. I called Hazel on a Thursday and they were there on Monday, took a look at what I wanted to do, made some recommendations, and that SAME day they did ALL the work, cleaned everything up, and fixed previous work from the last folks that came out, all at a very fair price. 5 stars, highly recommend!
