I woke up to find water in my basement. Water heater leaked the day after Thanksgiving. I called this company and spoke to Joseph the owner. He was very friendly, patient and reassuring. He asked me to send him some pictures of the water heater. Then he gave me fair price over the phone. The very next day Bob the plumber arrived on time. He was absolutely FANTASTIC ! He, was friendly, professional, and installed a new water heater. He addressed my concerns and answered my questions. He cleaned up the area. I was not sure what I would hear when he arrived. But I can say that I am very, very pleased with the entire experience from the first phone call to when Bob got in his truck and left. This was the holiday weekend , they came thru for me and I now have a new, sparkling water heater with no hassles. CALL THEM!!! Thank you Joseph's Affordable Plumbing and Heating !!!
Had a bathtub leak, called Joe on Sunday and his team, Bob and Chris, came out on Monday morning. They were polite and accommodating. They gave me 2 scenarios and thankfully the simpler fix worked out fine with them replacing the tailpipe. I only wish I did a little more research on pricing as it seems $575 for a one hour job seems a little pricey. Either way the job is done and overall I'm glad the leak is fixed. Thank you!
Had a rather large plumbing job that I needed done. Had a few plumbers come in and give me estimates. They all wanted to blow out the shower to fix the job . Someone recommended Joseph’s and we had them come out for an estimate. Instead of blowing out the entire shower to get to the pipe the needed to repair. They suggested we go through the linen closet that was an easier access to the pipe . They came out and did the job in a morning for hundreds of dollars less than for the plumbing only job . It also saved us so much not having to have a contractor come out a retile a shower. I loved that they were honest and recommended the solution that was not the most money for them to make but what was less money and hassle for me .
