Spent 2 months looking for a shop that would replace both well water tank and hot water tank. Everyone I called gave me ridiculous prices, or didn't seem to understand the very detailed explanation I gave of the work desired. None offered to send a tech out to estimate the job. RAM Siding (5 stars! They did my roof) and Boyertown Supply (plumbing store) both recommended Firestone Plumbing, so I called. They came out the following Monday, and the tech(Chris) quickly ascertained the work required, gave me clear advice on what I needed, answered my questions, laid out exactly what the job entailed, and was personable about it all. Then he handed me an estimate easily $1000 cheaper than the competition. So I gave them the job. They came out a few days later, and completed the work quickly and with care, even doing some rewiring to make it a better job, and fully cleaning up after themselves. Photos included of the end result.

Thanksgiving day my water heater broke. Called the next day, and they had someone out within the hour to check it out. I needed a new unit. They were ready to help me that day, but all supply houses were closed. They got me in the following Monday and delivered terrific, timely service! Jared, my tech, who was great to work with, walked me through the product, installation, and warranty coverage before finalizing my bill, which was to-the-penny of what I was quoted. Will definitely use again!

I have to give a shoutout to Jud Firestone Plumbing! My wife and I purchased an old home in West Lawn, and immediately discovered some plumbing concerns. Plumber Mike was very knowledgeable in addressing the several issues we ran into. Mike’s expertise minimized diagnostic time and got us straight into repair, which was always done timely and with such great quality! 5 stars to the folks over there! We are grateful!
