We had a great experience with Juniors Plumbing LLC and their plumber, Elijah. From the start, they were professional, courteous, and easy to work with. We were able to get a same-day appointment with only a two-hour arrival window, which was a huge relief. Elijah worked diligently to fix our main line and stayed well into the evening (past 8pm) to make sure the job was completed the same day. One of the biggest reasons we chose Juniors Plumbing was the honesty they showed previously when we asked for a second opinion on our water heater—an experience that saved us thousands of dollars. I called on Friday evening and had a quick response ! They called me back and set up a time for service Saturday! Elijah was my service technician and he arrived earlier then my scheduled time and he notified me of coming earlier then expected . Upon arrival he looked at my problem and it was decided to replace the water heater . He went to get necessary parts for the install and replace an outside faucet and by 3:15 he completed ! Very nice young man !!

We had a minor leak outside the home. Elijah came out, did a bit of digging and diagnosed the problem. It was quickly repaired and no longer a problem. Elijah kept me in the loop every step of the way and did a great job!

We had a water leak late on a Friday night, and Juniors Plumbing went above and beyond to help us. They advised us on what to do right away and had a technician out first thing Saturday morning. Elijah, our technician, was extremely respectful, listened to our concerns, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair in a timely manner. I also asked him to check our water pressure, which led to the discovery that we needed a new water pressure regulator. Juniors Plumbing came back out on Monday to replace it, and while Elijah was here, he took the extra step of reviewing the Saturday work and taking pictures. On Tuesday, he returned again just to make sure everything was holding up correctly and adjusted an area that had shifted—which he explained is common after the initial repair. That kind of follow-through really impressed me. Their pricing was very fair, their responsiveness was excellent, and the quality of work gave us peace of mind. I’m so grateful for Elijah’s professionalism and dedication. Several of our neighbors have had the same issue, and based on what I’ve heard, I don’t think they’ve had the same level of care. I would absolutely recommend Juniors Plumbing LLC to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Called Juniors Plumbing (spoke to owner, Robert) to inform him with concerns… very quick call back and scheduling worked in my favor for a next day service call. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Text and calls informing me of arrival and Techs name so I knew who would be arriving. Friendly and on time. Porter arrived with a smile, presentable clean cut and a handshake… I had explained concerns before he arrived… as I walked him through he was very informative, knowledgeable and honest with discovery of issues. He e mailed a complete “findings” report and estimate with in minutes. “10” out of “10” recommendation… prompt return call, on time, friendly/approachable, knowledgeable and to the point! Elijah provided excellent communication from start to finish. He gave me a clear timeframe for arrival and, when he was running slightly behind due to a previous appointment, he kept me informed every step of the way, which I greatly appreciated. Upon arrival, he was professional, respectful, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable in his field. Although I have not yet scheduled an additional service, I fully intend to do so in the near future and will not hesitate to reach out again. This company came highly recommended to me, and based on my experience, I can see why. Their customer service, professionalism, and fair pricing set them apart. Finding a company that is both trustworthy and reasonably priced can be difficult, and I feel confident recommending them to others.

I called for a leaking kitchen sink. Elijah came out quickly and did a fantastic job of diagnosing and installing a new faucet. Elijah knows his stuff and is very professional. Junior’s plumbing was excellent in every way. I called them in the morning and they were able to dispatch someone almost immediately. They sent text and email updates letting me know when to expect the repair man. When he got to our house, he was very friendly and helpful. He fixed our problem right away and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend junior’s plumbing!
