I had an emergency and my drain line was backing up into my sink and shower. They got out to my place first thing in the morning. Mike was great he went the extra mile to help me out and get my drain unclogged. I would definitely call them again.
We had a great experience with Just in Case installing our new water softener. Ian was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. We would recommend this company. We will definitely be using them again.
Beware!! I called them due to not having any cooling from my AC Unit. They came out and their repairman tested my unit “thoroughly” and told me there was no Freon in it. He said they tested the Condenser, Compressor and Capacitor along with everything else and said the unit was bad. While waiting for my estimate which they emailed about 4 days later, I got a 2nd opinion from another Company. They fixed my unit for $150 by changing the Capacitor. The estimate from Just In Case was about $7300. Don’t get ripped off by them. The owner told me that the repair man must’ve missed it. I don’t think so. The unit was full of Freon and he told me it was empty. Beware!!’
