I had an emergency and my drain line was backing up into my sink and shower. They got out to my place first thing in the morning. Mike was great he went the extra mile to help me out and get my drain unclogged. I would definitely call them again.

Beware!! I called them due to not having any cooling from my AC Unit. They came out and their repairman tested my unit “thoroughly” and told me there was no Freon in it. He said they tested the Condenser, Compressor and Capacitor along with everything else and said the unit was bad. While waiting for my estimate which they emailed about 4 days later, I got a 2nd opinion from another Company. They fixed my unit for $150 by changing the Capacitor. The estimate from Just In Case was about $7300. Don’t get ripped off by them. The owner told me that the repair man must’ve missed it. I don’t think so. The unit was full of Freon and he told me it was empty. Beware!!’

JIC did very good plumbing and electrical work - a complete bathroom remodel ... But they are terrible at communication. Job took longer than expected but that would not have been an issue if there was timely and accurate communication. Several aspects needed to be changed on the fly due to poor planning and prep. Did give a good discount to help compensate.

Dishonest company and dishonest owner. Just in case mechanical company cheated us for over $10000. By mistake, we paid them twice and they kept telling us they will refund us for about a year. Finally, we sue them through district Justice. They didn't show up for the hearing. District Justice office told us we can have a judgment against them and file with Lancaster court house and we did it. Very dishonest company and it's dishonest owner. They installed a new air conditioner and heating (HVAC) equipment for us.

They were supposed to be here from 12-2. I had to reach out a few times because they didn't show. They said they were running late, which is fine. I just wish they would have communicated that to me since I took a half day from work. He finally showed at 5. He was nice and thorough. We were just disappointed with being late and not letting us know.
