Very satisfied with the service provided. Just Right HVAC was able to send out a service technician 2 hours after I contacted them. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He had my Heating System up and running which in 90 minutes. He also pointed out some issues with my 22 year old furnace. He performed a Carbon Monoxide test and reassured me the system is running safe and I had time to evaluate my next move for replacing the system. Thank you Just Right.

DJ is great, knowledgeable and caring representative of company. Really thorough and dedicated. Presented my mom and I with choices, being considerate for what we can afford, and also will be happy in a years to come. I was absolutely impressed with how fast he got to our home. And even more impressed with immediate, next day service of full installation. Thank you Just Right for taking care of our needs as customers on maintenance program. And in time of worst case scenario, when furnace broke. To be at our house helping us to replace it with brand new, really affordable products. P.S Thank you for lending us for free those portable heaters, so we would be warm through the night.

My furnace started making a buzzing noise and a family member referred me to Just Right. Jose was the technician and he was very, very thorough! He showed me, while I was watching, his camera go through my furnace and explained why he was very concerned. There were several things but the main concern was there were several cracks. He gave me several options and the prices to repair parts but it wouldn’t take care of the cracks. My furnace is very old so I decided to replace it. Jose had his supervisor come give me an estimate. Vaughn was great! He is a pleasant, easy-going guy! He wasn’t pushy at all! I appreciate that he didn’t try to sell me the highest-priced, elite package! I think he would have been just as happy if I bought the basic package. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. He was very helpful and answered all my questions! He was positive and empathetic to having to spend so much money.

Dylan with Just Right Plumbing installed a new water heater in a tiny space of my 90 year old home. Throughout the process Dylan was friendly, professional, happy to provide education about the process, really went the extra mile, and did not leave a scratch on the walls or a single mark on my white carpet. Be very wary of this company and I would recommend googling to see which other plumbing companies here in Salt Lake City. they own under different names. I had a leak on my water heater on Memorial Day. I didn’t have time to fix it myself because I had to work. The part was under $20 at Home Depot that I knew had to be replaced and it would only take me about 30 minutes to do but an experienced Repairman probably 15 to 20 minutes. They told me that it would be $229 just to come analyze because it was memorial day and I understood that since it was last minute and a holiday so I agreed to that. I left the door unlocked because I had to work and the technician arrived. Looked it over and told me that I should replace the water heater completely even though it’s only six years old. I told Him absolutely not. He then had other expensive options. I told him I just wanted that T & P valve replaced and since he was there, he may as well do my other heater as well. He then quoted me just under $1200. What a scam. Trying to take advantage of people. Their excuse was that this is a business and they’re here to make money. There is such great opportunities to make money in the home services businesses without taking advantage of homeowners who may be ignorant about what needs to be repaired. Don’t use this company and look for local, honest, small businesses

Just Right is always my go to for HVAC work. Darian was my Technician today… Excellent representative of your company. Was quick to diagnose and repair issue with my home air conditioning system. Very professional-explained all work that was being done, never did I feel like I was being sold anything unnecessary. Will recommend Just Right to anyone needing your services. Only recommendation is that your charges are broken down by Labor and Parts not just a bottom line number. Transparency in business is so very important to the customer! I was scheduled for a plumbing inspection and 2 water heater flushes. Within minutes Calvin realized one of my water tanks was not even working. It was the original to the house and had lived way beyond the expected service life so I knew it was coming. Calvin brought in a new one and got it installed all in the same day. While it’s not my favorite to spend money like that, Calvin provided great service and was quick and efficient. Appreciate the excellent service!

Today I noticed my water heater was not producing any hot water at 2p. I called just right and spoke to a very nice lady that came to the phone quickly. I told her my issue and to my surprise she said they had availability for the afternoon. I got a call from Dylan stating he had a cancelation and could come in 30 minutes! He showed up at 230p. I couldn't believe it timing was perfect. He arrived promptly with Marshal. They both were able to trouble shoot and go snag a part and came back to do the repair quickly. They cleaned up there mess and even wore shoe covers (we don't wear shoes inside the house). Both very pleasant and informative guys. Me and my husband are very satisfied with the fast service and to top it off, both Dylan and Marshal were nice guys. We have used Just Right for about 13 years and have always had this kind of experience. Thanks again! Highly recommend!
