James Garcia is very friendly and helpful with our furnace maintenance. He is very thorough and explained what he did with the before and after photos. With our monthly membership, we don't pay any fees for the maintenance service, which is a plus. He made sure the setting of the furnace was updated correctly so the air will flow through properly in the house. He also changed the filter and cleaned out the filter tray for us. We appreciate him taking his time to explain to us so we can continue to take care of the system correctly. Thank you for your time and service! Just Right Air is lucky to have you!

Jose from Just Right Plumbing, Heating and Cooling came to tune-up my furnace. It was the most thorough inspection the furnace has ever had in eleven years. Jose was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the condition of my furnace very clearly and provided me pictures of the parts he inspected. Jose made recommendations and provided options on the services needed but did not pressure me. I was very impressed and will definitely contact Just Right and request Jose for my heating needs in the future. I'm also willing to try their plumbing and cooling service technicians based on the service Jose provided. Just Right provided a very thorough $59 furnace inspection. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. However, I was surprised by the pricing for a small follow-up adjustment. Our furnace’s gas pressure measured at 3.8, which is within the manufacturer’s safe operating range. The technician recommended adjusting it slightly to 3.5 for optimal performance. After researching industry standards, I learned that this adjustment is typically a quick procedure and usually costs around $20–$60 when done during a tune-up. Just Right quoted $200 for this minor adjustment, which felt excessive given the small scope of the work. Because of that pricing, we declined the service and will need to hire another company. The inspection itself was excellent, but the follow-up pricing left us uncomfortable, so I’m giving 2 stars.

I've been a customer of Just Right for over five years and needed a new HVAC unit installed. Joe and Zach did a great job and I am so happy to have cooler air in my house because of my new, more powerful HVAC unit (I call it "Hercules"). I also had an issue with my water heater just after the installation and Dominic fixed it for me the next business day! I am so excited to be able to share my incredible experience with Just Right. They far exceeded my expectations and were amazing! Jared, DK, and Gabe worked so hard and did a furnace and a/c replacement. I live in an older condo and things are tight. They brought everything up to code and even fixed a leak I didn't know I had. All were professional, kind and clearly take pride in their work. I highly recommend them and I will never use another company.

Allen and Gabriel from Just Right were phenomenal. On the same day we received the diagnosis that our system needed a replacement because of safety issues (from Jose, also highly recommend, will call on him again), they were able to immediately obtain the new furnace and AC unit (thanks Vaughn) and have it installed. The same day. Allen and Gabriel were extremely courteous and helpful. Their ability to explain the details of the job clearly demonstrated their expertise. They took great care, were extremely professional and the results show it. Not only would I recommend Just Right to anyone, I would absolutely request these gentlemen again. Fantastic work.

We called Just Right Heating and Cooling because our air conditioner wasn’t blowing cold air. Todd from Just Right Heating and Cooling did an outstanding job servicing our HVAC system. He was professional, thorough, honest, very polite, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of immediately trying to upsell unnecessary products. Todd performed a full checklist-style diagnostic process, including testing the capacitor, inspecting the evaporator coil, evaluating airflow, and carefully troubleshooting the system step by step. He identified that the fan assembly was extremely dirty….removed and thoroughly cleaned it. The difference afterwards was immediate — our vent airflow and return suction became very strong again and the house cooled down quickly. What really stood out was the quality of his work and attention to detail. After cleaning, the fan assembly looked brand new, Todd also took the extra time to wipe down the entire interior and exterior of the furnace cabinet, removing all of the accumulated dust and dirt. Everything was left exceptionally clean. He ensured we understood that with pets and our PSC blower that changing our filter at least once a month was going to matter a lot to ensure our system worked properly. Todd did offer an upgrade to our filtration system that his company could install but we passed for now. It’s rare to find technicians who are both technically skilled and genuinely professional, but Todd absolutely was. He explained things clearly, cleaned up properly, and followed diagnostic logic instead of guessing. We will definitely be calling Just Right Heating and Cooling again for future HVAC service and maintenance. Highly recommend.

We had our new AC unit installed today, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the technicians, Brady and Jared who came out. From start to finish, they were professional, kind, punctual, and incredibly respectful of our home. The installation went smoothly, and you can tell they really take pride in their work. Everything from the wiring to the finished setup looks clean, organized, and professionally done. They took the time to explain the system to me, walked me through the thermostat and phone app, and made sure I understood everything before they left. They also cleaned up thoroughly afterward and communicated with me throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find technicians who combine quality workmanship with such great customer service. Thank you again for making this such a positive experience. Jose was fantastic! He provided us with all of our options for repairs, replacement and ongoing maintenance. Scheduling was efficient and offered many options. Jose was friendly with our furbaby and respected our home and wore shoe coverings.
