We started out with our yearly furnace maintenance but ended up purchasing a new furnace and a/c. Jose was our tech and he was very friendly and straightforward with his findings. Our furnace was just over 10 years old and we did keep up on our yearly maintenance but to see the pics of the holes that were found in one of the coils was pretty alarming. We met with Vaughn who explained a few things to us and recommended a few solutions and options to give us better air flow. Vaughn also helped us with financing and keeping our payments pretty close to what we wanted to pay monthly. Thankfully, these amazing techs, Gabriel, Allen and Kevin installed the furnace and a/c the same day, having to put extra hours into their work day. They were so polite and respectful during the entire time spent installing our units. After the work was completed, they cleaned everything up and walked us through the app set up and showed us a few things about our new furnace and a/c. We are very appreciative of all of these individuals and will absolutely continue to be Just Right Plumbing, Heating and Cooling members.

Allan did a great job replacing our furnace. He was very thorough in his workmanship. He tested how things were operating as he went along. He made sure we understood the process and asked if we had any questions when the job was completed. We were very happy with the job he did.

I had my vents cleaned today and I couldn’t be happier! Joe Vera & Victor was friendly, professional, and very helpful, answering all of my questions and giving me lots of useful information along the way. I watched as they thoroughly cleaned every single vent in my house, and by the time they were finished, the difference was incredible. The air in my home feels fresh, breathable, and so much lighter. It’s amazing how much better everything feels after the cleaning. I’m so grateful I decided to have this done, and I highly recommend their service to anyone considering it. At first, this company seemed like they cared, but in the end, they'll Bone you. My furnace and water heater went out. To repair furnace was $7k, understandable, but for the water heater they wanted between $10k to $8k. A supervisor was supposed to call to give me a package deal. That never happened, but I went with my plumber and got the new water heater in for $1,500. My plumber recommended a hvac guy that will replace my whole system, furnace and ac, for $9k. Shop around don't take just right word for it. Just Right also will try to pressure you to go with them by leaving the heat off or keep the water on so the problems keep happening. 12/09/2025 UPDATE. I called the provided number in the Google reply just to be hung up on. Thanks for looking into it.

This is our second furnace/ air conditioner that we have replaced with Just Right Heating and Air. We now have two incredibly efficient units in our home. Just Right services our equipment on a regular basis and EFFECIENT is also a great use of the word when it comes to their work. Jared, Brady and Alex did our install and did an amazing job. DK and Jordan came to our home the day after our AC unit was installed to clean the air ducts. They were both thorough at their job and explained to me the process. DK showed me before and after pictures and Jordan looked over our install from the day prior and also looked at our air filter. Over all great service.

Jared and Jordan did a great job installing the furnace and a.c. They showed up right on time. They were friendly. They completed the work timely and completely. They were careful with keeping the house clean during the work and cleaned up well after the work. They explained the eqipment and maintenance. I would recommend them anytime. Also Ellis diagnosed and explained the condition of my existing equipment the previous day which led to the new purchase. Thank you.

I LOVED Utah’s Best Home Pros. They replaced my furnace, my AC unit, and even did electrical work for us! They were fast and honest and truly great people. Then they merged with Just Right. We received a letter about the merger stating we were still valued, things wouldn’t change, etc. and to show that they valued us they’d give us a year free of their premium membership that included free tune ups. They came in the fall for a furnace tune up and recommended a duct cleaning. It wasn’t in the cards. They came today for the AC tune up. I am LIVID. 1. They were 4 1/2 hours late. 2. They recommended a cleaning for $8000 this time! $8000 for a cleaning?! Then when we said no, it’s not in the cards (who has $8000 in this economy for a cleaning when a new unit is $12000?!) the tech belittled us for not prioritizing our kids health or taking care of our home. No is a complete sentence, he should have left when we said no. I wish we would have never let him in our home. He stayed and tried to guilt us into paying for it for another 45 minutes. Finally he left but I will NEVER return to just right (which is a loss for them because I need a gas line ran but I’ll take my business elsewhere), the manipulation, lack of communication, a downright disrespect for customers is nothing like Utah’s Best Home Pros. Chris, I wish you would’ve never sold!
