K-Tech Plumbing

Our company uses K-tech on every job we can get them. They have a great system. Super responsive, I know all the guys on the residential crew and they are all awesome. They know what they are doing and they are efficient and knowledgeable, they help us on our trickiest projects that have the most headaches and they are great problem solvers! Preston, Jesse, Sawyer, Kevin, Joe, and small Preston are good dudes, I highly recommend them.

K-Tech Plumbing is hands-down the best plumbing company I’ve ever worked with! I reached out to them after having a terrible experience with another company (RoboRooter), who came to my house, did virtually nothing, and then tried to sell me on a $2,600 “whole home pipe flush.” Thankfully, I decided to call K-Tech instead — and I am SO glad I did. Their technician Joe came out the very next day and immediately impressed me with his professionalism, patience, and genuine expertise. He didn’t rush or make assumptions. Instead, he took the time to ask thoughtful questions and walk me through his process so we could properly diagnose the issue. We had been dealing with a nasty odor coming from our main-level bathroom sink, and Joe quickly figured out what the previous company couldn’t — that the smell was actually coming from a dry drain under our washing machine that hadn’t had water in it for a while. He explained how dry pipes can allow sewer gases to escape and taught me how to prevent it from happening again. What really stood out was how educational and respectful he was throughout the visit.
