I first contacted Kaleb’s Kustom Plumbing because his Company is Veteran Owned & due to the fact that 3-4 other companies weren’t able unwilling to help my 85 year old Navy Veteran Father who had no heat or hot water plus inoperable faucets in his two bathrooms plus shutoff valves which all needed replacing!!! He also replaced leaking pipes in his basement & repaired an old hot water furnace which had leaking pipes in dire need of replacement!!! He placed my Dads job in the schedule immediately & did his work meticulously while informing us along the way all the pertinent details on his repairs!!! Kaleb and Dustin did a fantastic job installing a full home water filter for us. Communication was transparent and professional. Kaleb gave some good advice on some potential future improvements. FWIW, I felt like Kaleb was fair and honest, and really cares about his work. Veteran owned as well. I will definitely be contacting again for future work!

I’m from a small time and growing up my dad always said I know a guy or I have a guy for that. Living in the city it can be hard to find trustworthy or honest people especially if you’re used to working on computers and in cubicles. Thought we had a leak and Kaleb could have totally tore my house up and charge me an astronomical amount he explained everything and gave me a few options. Was punctual and fairly priced. Highly recommended
