King Charles was easy to deal with. Came out within a few hours of my first call...sooner than I expected to evaluate my leaking not working hot water heater. They had a new high quality one on the truck and installed it in little over an hour at a reasonable price. The young technician seemed to really know what he was doing. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

I called King Charles Plumbing with a bad shower control valve that left our entire house without water. We’ve used King Charles before. They had a technician at our home within just a few hours. Brian assessed the damage, clearly explained his plan, and outlined the risks of removal. Fortunately, he was able to complete the install with no complications. Within an hour, the shower valve was repaired and water was restored throughout the house. Brian was very courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain his work thoroughly. He also shared information about other services King Charles offers. We highly recommend King Charles Plumbing and will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.
