Horrible service and the technicians are unprofessional and rude. They were contracted through American Home Shield to fix our microwave it took them over a month and repeated phone calls , they would schedule appointments and never show up , they Collins they tried to call even when we showed them we had no missed calls. I’ve already complained to American Home :Shield and requested they never send this company again . They don’t even deserve 1 star

Kings has serviced two appliances of mine thru American Home Shield and has done a superb job! On time, friendly, efficient, and very good at what he does! I have had to have American Home Shield close a call assigned to SEARS Service due to lack of response and gladly paid a new service call fee to get a competent tech from Kings to respond! Kings is my provider of choice in Sierra Vista!

Worst service from a repair outfit I have ever experienced. Frigidaire sent them out to me three times to fix our side-by-side refrigerator, they failed to resolve the issue every single time. it is impossible to contact anyone, you are sent directly to voicemail like they're hiding. They don't even have a physical office. Some of their calls show up on caller ID as coming from mainland China, what is that?! It's the same guy calling but from multiple numbers, very shady. The last repair involved ordering a compressor unit. One month later, nothing. Just found out, they cancelled the work order for no reason without any notification. Stay away from this outfit. Unprofessional, no communication and vindictive if you complain. Beware of this company, you have been warned!
