We contacted several contractors about losing electricity to nearly a quarter of our home and a mystery bathroom leak. Ivan with KPS Electrical and Plumbing was the only one who could come out within 24 hours. During his first visit, Ivan quickly troubleshot the issue and restored power to our living room ceiling light by rerouting the electrical, bringing electricity back to part of our home right away. He clearly explained next steps for the remaining electrical work and the bathroom repair. Ivan was easy to work with and incredibly patient, even when plans shifted. He thoroughly troubleshot each issue, made thoughtful and affordable pricing adjustments, and clearly explained options along the way. He quickly fit us into his schedule, and his team worked efficiently and professionally, doing a superb job and cleaning up at the end of each day. We were extremely impressed with the responsiveness, workmanship, and professionalism of Ivan and the KPS team, and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

I was referred to KPS Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC by a work colleague. Ivan answered my call right away and I asked if he could come out the next day and he did. Ivan was able to find the leak and fix it very quickly. Ivan also showed me a picture of what he installed as it was underneath the house in the crawl space and the price was great. We had KPS Construction install a mini split system in our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! I’ve been using KPS company for years for different plumbing, electrical, and HVAC jobs, and it always been reliable and professional. Most recently, Ivan installed a natural gas line inside my house, and everything was done safely, efficiently, and up to code. He is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and always leaves the place clean when the job is done. Pricing is fair and there are no surprises. Rental tenant reported a plumbing leak in their finished basement end of day. After rejections from my list of plumbers, KPS said "Be there in 20 minutes!" They found the leak in an old metal pipe and sent pictures. With my OK, metal pipes were all replaced by new PVC pipes to avoid future problems, drywall was repaired and they cleaned up! Sent more finished pictures! Minimal inconvenience to tenant and future problems averted when they added a convenient clean out! I will call Ivan again. Thank you Ivan.
