Jamie was awesome. He was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He had the problem diagnosed and resolved quickly. He did a great job explaining everything to me so I understood what he was doing. Larry and Sons promptly scheduled someone to help our burst water pipe issue even though we called late Friday evening. Their technician, Keith Boyce, came to the rescue Saturday morning and did an outstanding job. A consummate pro, keith did a great job and kept us posted throughout. We once again have running water and assurances the extra measures Keith took will ensure such a blowout won’t happen again. Thank you for great service!
