Lawhorn did a fabulous job working with us on our remodel! Moved the water heater to a whole new room, fixed various other water and gas leaks they found along the way, plus much more! They collaborated and communicated with my contractor to make sure everything was done smoothly. Skip and Kassandra are awesome! Highly recommend.

Super happy with my new tankless water heater! Over the last couple months this company has helped me on several projects in my new home with great results. They are quick to respond, pleasant to work with, reasonable pricing, and did an excellent job on the water heater installation. I really appreciate the extra effort that went into fixing the old venting and running pipe so that I can keep an eye on the relief line for the unit. Can not recommend them enough.

Can’t say enough about this company! Lawhorn does an amazing job! They are the only company we ask to do our repairs. Since moving out of state l, we have had a few issues come up at our home in Prescott Valley. Kassandra got us scheduled in a timely manner, kept us updated on the price, and progress along with photos of the repair. The communication from this company is top tier! Any questions were answered quickly by either Skip or Kassandra. All of their crew have been amazing. I loved that they also recommended a local landscaper to fix our property after the repair. Love supporting small family owned businesses!

Awesome company, came out to check on my water heater I've been having issues with. Gave me a diagnosis on the water heater and an estimate if I wanted to replace it. The technician Skip was extremely helpful very understanding and answered all questions I had. I highly recommend this company for anyone's plumbing needs. 10/10 service.

We were notified by the town of Prescott Valley that our water usage exceeded 500 gallons two days ago and 900 gallons the day before. I called Lawhorn Plumbing and was greeted by Kassandra. I asked her if they would be able to accommodate an emergency same-day service call. She said she would check and promptly called me back within five minutes. Within one hour the owner, Skip, was at my house. He did a thorough diagnosis of all of my bathrooms, toilets, and outside spigots. He then proceeded to run a test of usage at the water main. It was the determined that the issue was with the water meter. Skip proceeded to correct an issue that I was having with low water pressure on one of the outdoor spigots by clearing the sediment and adjusted the water level on both of our toilets. The total cost was more than reasonable for the education and prompt,, courteous, and outstanding customer service that I received. We have found a new plumber for life andI cannot recommend this company enough.
