We've been exclusively using Lawson plumbing since we bought our home in 2021. They've been out many times over the years (house is 70 yrs old), but most recently Kam came out to fix a facet bib that was leaking. While he was here he found out our pressure regulator was broken. He explained things simply and understandably and he was very efficient getting these problems fixed for us, on a Sunday no less! Thank you again Kam! Would highly recommend Lawson plumbing.

I’ve been using Lawson Family Plumbing in the Metro Phoenix area for years, and I always request Robert because he’s simply the best! His plumbing expertise is top-notch—every time we’ve had an issue, he figures it out fast and gets the job done right. He knows his stuff inside and out, and he explains things in a way that’s easy to understand without making you feel clueless. What I really appreciate about Robert is his honesty and integrity. Lawson Family Plumbing was absolutely incredible from start to finish. From my very first call with Brooke, I was impressed by how professional, kind, and responsive she was. Robert handled the repair, and his service was outstanding. We had a major leak in one of our pipes that caused damage to the floor and the ceiling below, and they came out quickly to help us out. Just had our water heater and a pool vacuum pump replaced by technician Kam. He did a thorough job and was efficient. He was willing to take extra time to explain what he was doing and answer any questions. Pricing was competitive. Would recommend and use Lawson again in the future.

I needed a plumber and found Lawson Family Plumbing on Google, and I want to give a huge shoutout to Robert. He was absolutely amazing. He arrived on time, was very patient with all of my questions, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to be thorough and make sure everything was done right. From the moment I inquired about an appointment, the communication was great. They called me back right away and were able to schedule me for the very next day. Fantastic service and expert repair! We had a persistent toilet blockage that needed a professional, and Lawson Family Plumbing really impressed us. Shelby in scheduling was incredibly easy to work with and got us an appointment in less than 24 hours. ​Our technician, Ray, showed up right on time and was very friendly and professional. He went out of his way to explain the condition of our pipes, confirming they were ABS and in great shape, which was a huge relief. He was able to solve the problem quickly and efficiently by pulling the toilet, clearing out a significant root mass, and replacing everything in only about an hour. ​It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I really appreciated that Ray provided a practical solution tailored to our specific issue and focused on getting the job done right. They left a great impression, and we will definitely be recommending them highly to all our neighbors in the area! $325 for a pull/reset and clearing a major blockage was a very fair price for this level of expertise.

First time using a plumber (in 30 years), first time using Lawson Family Plumbing, as I do most maintenance and repairs myself. I had a leak at the water main with the back flow device and the gate valve would not turn. This repair was more than I wanted to take on, I searched online and called LFP, I talked to Shelby (human), discussed my repair and set up the appointment with Robert. Robert came out, gave me an estimate, we set up a time that was convenient as the water would have to be turned off for a couple of hours. Robert replaced the back flow devices and installed a shut off ball valve and the leak is gone. He actually came back as I was not home during the repair to follow up. I will definitely would use LFP again. Drain cleaning would be my next project. I believe the price was fair for the devices he installed and the amount of time he was there.
