The team was quick to take care of us which was super nice but communication seemed frazzled. I was told it would take a few days for them to come to my house initially which is fine, and then they called me in the middle of the day while I was at work and no one was home saying they wanted to come over right then. Had to get my spouse to come home quickly to meet them. I guess they needed a different part and said they might come in the next day or two to fully fix the shower. No one ever contacted me about a time but they arrived the next day so it was a miracle someone was home to let them in. Good service for sure, but I found scheduling with them to be a bit of a hassle.

Our water heater was on the fritz, so we google searched a local plumber. After 2 days of playing phone tag, they said they could fix, but parts would be 4 days. A friend referred us to Lee Edwards, so we gave it a shot. They not only had someone out to our home within 24 hours, with parts in hand and fixed the issue. They warrantied out the parts. The cost of the repar was much lower than the other company and estimated (even with the warranty). I could not believe how fast, effecient, honest, and helpful they were. It saved us 5 days of cold showers and a bunch of money. That's 5 star worthy for sure.

One guy came out, helped a bunch, called the owner who came and helped more, fixed the problem and a few problems we didn’t even know about. They spent a good jag of time here, were friendly, kind, polite, and early. Pricing was incredible, and after the last plumber we called just never showed, these guys were heaven-sent. Skills and competence are the best things a company can have, and these guys definitely have both.
