The team was quick to take care of us which was super nice but communication seemed frazzled. I was told it would take a few days for them to come to my house initially which is fine, and then they called me in the middle of the day while I was at work and no one was home saying they wanted to come over right then. Had to get my spouse to come home quickly to meet them. I guess they needed a different part and said they might come in the next day or two to fully fix the shower. No one ever contacted me about a time but they arrived the next day so it was a miracle someone was home to let them in. Good service for sure, but I found scheduling with them to be a bit of a hassle.

Our water heater was on the fritz, so we google searched a local plumber. After 2 days of playing phone tag, they said they could fix, but parts would be 4 days. A friend referred us to Lee Edwards, so we gave it a shot. They not only had someone out to our home within 24 hours, with parts in hand and fixed the issue. They warrantied out the parts. The cost of the repar was much lower than the other company and estimated (even with the warranty). I could not believe how fast, effecient, honest, and helpful they were. It saved us 5 days of cold showers and a bunch of money. That's 5 star worthy for sure.

One guy came out, helped a bunch, called the owner who came and helped more, fixed the problem and a few problems we didn’t even know about. They spent a good jag of time here, were friendly, kind, polite, and early. Pricing was incredible, and after the last plumber we called just never showed, these guys were heaven-sent. Skills and competence are the best things a company can have, and these guys definitely have both.

A great experience. My upstairs toilet was causing a stain on the ceiling of my basement. Lee's came and fixed the problem caused by another plumbing company. The work was done in a timely manner and the cost was reasonable. They have a loyal customer for future jobs. I wish I had used them earlier since it would have saved me money and repairs.

Great service! Mike came out to fix a leaky bathtub faucet a while back and was very quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. He even cleaned the grime off a bit to keep things from getting clogged and left a drain catch after he was through. We were so impressed and the price was very affordable! The billing and communication/scheduling was also very simple and straightforward.

I called Lee's Plumbing because they had done a major repair for my cousin. They scheduled for the next day and even though we had a heavy snowstorm, Andrew arrived prepared for anything the job needed. He was professional and pleasant. He gave us a complete explanation of the service and quote. He found another small problem which was a $10 fix and did that as well to save us a future problem. We were very pleased with the service and the price was reasonable. We would highly recommend them.

UPDATED: After leaving this review the manager called and asked what he could do to fix this situation. We talked and told him the story and he was understanding and asked what he could do to fix the situation. It was nice to be heard. Our house had a problem were we were not getting hot water to the showers as well as the length of time on when the water was getting hot coming out of the faucet. We did a descale on water heater, cleaned the filter and nothing worked. So we called Lee's Plumbing. First off, they fixed the problem. The problem was they would not take the time to listen to what we had already done. We tried to talk to the service man on what we had done but he would not listen. He let us know that everything was fine and working. After three hours we were finally able to let him know that to take a shower in the master you have to turn on the master sink. The service man then says, why didn't you say so? It was so frustrating because he didn't listen at the beginning and was doing things that we already had taken care of. He went into the master bath and changed out the cartridge in the sink, checked the water and it worked. Again, it took three hours to fix this, they did not listen and the charge was $315. If they would have listened it would have been 30 min. Be cautious if you use them as our experience is they don't care about you or what you say, they are only there to make the money and to waste time. It was frustrating to say the least.

Initially I loved there work and attention to detail, now I'm just annoyed. We've had 2-3, I can't remember for sure at this point, backyard spigots replaced by them. Each time in the late summer/fall and by the next spring they're leaking from multiple points. DO NOT USE THEM!
