Incredible service and a truly great business. Travis and Nick came out to help us with our toilets, sinks, and washer hookups, and they were fantastic from start to finish. They were professional, personable, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. You can tell they genuinely care about doing the job right and treating customers well. It’s rare to find a company with this level of honesty, communication, and quality work. We will absolutely be using LeGrand Plumbing again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy plumbers.

Prompt and friendly response, if you had to leave a message, your call was returned promptly! Don’t want to call the person we talked to a receptionist, as she was friendly and knowledgeable ! The service people came when they said they would, and didn’t leave until all was resolved. Very impressed, recommend highly !

When Wyane from LeGrand Pluming had the opportunity to bill me twice once at the request of the tech form the water softener company to install a regulator after being told the house needed one which Wyane installed and only charged for the part and not for the install, from after the water softener company finished their install because the house still did not have water pressure. So the water softener company came out to fix the problem there was still no water pressure after the lead man blamed the first installer for a bad install. Wyane came out and look over everything and found when he went to the side of the house that the main water line was turned almost all the way off, and at my request for a bill to pay him for his time he just thank you for allowing me to come to your home have a Merry Christmas
