Water heater sprung a leak on Saturday morning, called Lincoln who quickly scheduled the replacement for first thing Monday morning. Josh & Chase arrived on time and promptly and professionally installed the new Lochinvar gas heater and corrected some sloppy vent work from another contractor. They completed the job quickly in a little over 2 hours leaving the work area cleaner than when they started. The cost for parts and labor were surprisingly reasonable considering the economy and the quick turn-around not to mention Lincoln's 6 year warranty above and beyond. Highly recommend Lincoln and from herein will use them for all my plumbing needs when possible. !!!! 5 BIG STARS ***** for Lincoln !!!!

We recently used Lincoln Plumbing for an aging (60 year old), problematic bathroom sink that was leaking at the drain. Their plumber said that it was deteriorating from age & that the best solution for the time being until we get our bathroom remodeled was to get an inexpensive drop-in sink with a new faucet. Everything went great & they finished in good time. The sink looks really nice & most importantly, is now problem free! Thanks again!

Had them come out for a clogged drain in the basement and by the time they got there the next day the water receded. They checked the main drain at the street and said the clog must have moved on, but they were still going to charge me 150 because they had to come out. Three days later the floor drain in the basement overflowed again. I called them, they came out and flushed the main line from the Street to my house That was $700. One week later, the drain in the basement (which they still have not looked at after being out here twice the one that is overflowing and the one that is clogged) overflowed again I called them and they wanted to charge me $250 plus labor to use a camera to look at the main drain from the sewer to the house, which they just flushed. Meanwhile, still not wanting to address the drain in the basement with the actual problem. Ended up calling a different company. They came out with a machine, unclogged the drain in the basement the same day and haven’t had any issues since after using a different company.

Got a shower valve replaced just over a week ago. Alec was able to come and give me a free quote and help me schedule the service. He showed up on time and was very nice. The pricing was very fair in my opinion. I would certainly recommend.

I discovered Lincoln Plumbing when the company I worked for needed some minor repair work done. The plumbers who arrived were polite, personable and handled the small jobs quite efficiently so when I needed a small job done, I called them. Again, the plumber who arrived was polite, personable and very dog friendly. He handled the job I called about and, with my permission, did some minor upgrades which I knew were needed. We then discussed the state of my pipes and water heater, both of which needed to be replaced. I contracted with Lincoln to replace both. Their prices were reasonable and fair; the work was done well and efficiently; they cleaned up the work space leaving no mess for me to deal with; every employee I have had contact with was polite, personable and dog-friendly. I am delighted that I found Lincoln Plumbing and will not hesitate to call them in the future.

Exceptional customer service—Brett and Brad went above and beyond! Don’t hesitate to use them! If you want the whole story behind this great review, here it is: I was visiting a family member who was just out of the hospital and I was helping out with some stuff around the house. The toilet had been flushing slowly and the parts (flushing mechanism etc), were clearly really old. Well, my family member had gone to a big box store and bought a kit for replacing the old parts. I saw it and said, “oh, sure, I can do this for you.” How hard can it be, I thought. If there’s a do-it-yourself kit, then it must be easy enough to do it yourself. Spoiler alert: not easy at all. After a seriously difficult time taking all the parts out of the tank, I discovered that the kit was completely wrong for the toilet. Add to that, the water turn off valve next to the toilet didn’t work so we had to shut the water off IN THE WHOLE HOUSE in order to work on the toilet. So now all the parts are out, the kit we have doesn’t work, and we have no running water or working toilet. So, I go back to the big box store just before closing and of course they don’t have what I need. I come back home and try to order it for next day. Nope. So now I have to put the old parts back in. Not fun or easy. Turn on the water and… the hose that connects the water to the tank is spraying water everywhere. After cleaning up the water and finally getting the leak under control, I went to bed. Exhausted. The next morning, I was determined to get my hands on the parts and it suddenly occurred to me to look up plumbing supply stores, and that’s how I found Brett and Brad and Lincoln Plumbing. Brett picked up and when I told him what I needed he immediately said, “I’m looking at it right now. I’ll leave it up front for you.” Sure enough when I got there it was right at the counter. I then asked if a part from the big box kit could be used for our toilet and they confirmed that it could. And I showed them a picture of the water connection hose (the one that leaked everywhere!) and they recommended I replace it and gave me the right part for that. And they even gave me advice on how to install everything. So, I got home, dove in again and then panicked because the new part wouldn’t fit. I called back, told them the problem and Brett asked me to text him a picture. A few minutes later, one of their plumbers called me back and walked me through how to modify the part to fit in the tank. (It was actually simple but I couldn’t have figured it out on my own.) In the end, we called a handyman who was the father of a friend. Just like we should have in the first place! But, thanks to Lincoln Plumbing, we at least had the right parts! (The handy man was also excellent.) I truly wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. This kind of customer service is really hard to find, and they and their team are clearly very experienced. And… No more plumbing jobs for me. Lesson learned the hard way.

Not trustworthy! They charged me an exorbitant amount to unclog a pipe that backed up again a few days after they supposedly cleared it. When I called to let them know I was given the run around for days and had to keep calling, finally they promised to come back Friday but did not show up. Monday, they informed me I'd have to pay the same amount again because it's a new clog, which is absolute rubbish!
