Reese and Todd did fantastic work replacing our water heater. They worked hard to make sure the manufacturer honored the warranty even though the heater technically failed a month after the warranty was up. Great work and came promptly when needed. Strongly recommend going with them!!

I needed help installing basement plumbing for a bathroom and a water softener. They came and installed the bath/shower and plumbing to the sinks. There was some misunderstanding with the vanity we are installing. They returned and changed it so it would work and fit properly. They did excellent work. I would highly recommend them. The only negative is that they would show up 1-2 hours after I was told they would.

Fast efficient and friendly willing to do whatever is needed to finish the job. My old tub was VERY heavy and they called in more help to get it done! They changed out the mixing valve for the tub from a two handle to a one handle very quickly. Excellent job guys. They also hooked up my bidet and dishwasher and all the other fixtures from our remodel. If they had to send out a different technician it was all done seamlessly. Reese did most of the work for us and he had some great advice, for example the valve that came with our reverse osmosis water filter did not match any of our other taps so he brought us one that looks fantastic. We had an issue pop up yesterday and Llewellyn Plumbing was able to come first thing this morning! Reese was awesome! He worked very quickly, diagnosed the issues, super tidy and clean, and wasn’t pushy at all but very informative on the health of my water heater. They have been amazing to work with!! I can write a whole story on our situation if you want to read feel free to do so! We shall call it the water heater saga. About 3 weeks ago my husband and I noticed a leak in our living room, we followed the leak after panicking (sunday night wet carpet), and we figured out that it was the pressure valve on the water heater causing the water to drip, and go into our living room. My husband said we could fix it, but we had not had time. Fast forward to monday aka memorial day and our pilot light went out and we could not relight the damn thing. I tried to help my husband and we could not get it to work. He then suggested we call a plumber I knew of this company working on my good friends house. I messaged them on memorial day not expecting a call back, then bam I got a text asking me for details. These were provided, and by that night at 7pm I had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday at 3pm. We had reset our water heater, and the pilot light came back on! They came to our house the next morning, and replaced the valve, as well as the pressure tank. We were so happy, fast forward to 9pm last night, and the sensor/pilot on our water heater went out AGAIN! I text them at 10:00 o clock not expecting a reply, but then at 10:05 I got a response!! they were more than happy to come in and look at this. We later found out that we have to wait on the part, and that the previous homeowners had not registered the water heater and that the part of the issue was getting that part so we could get it taken care of. Not once did Jake or anyone else (unsure who does the texts but thank you for texting and providing relief) make me feel dumb or taken advantage of they were upfront with options, and solutions as well as pricing. This was huge, and their honesty with pricing has been such a relief. I am very thankful to them for helping us with all of this going above and beyond to get our water heater registered with the manufacturer, getting our part covered under warranty. Though being without hot water for 1-2 days is not ideal it's not their fault by any means just a waiting game. They are worth a call, a shot, and honestly so valuable to us specially in a time where everything costs an arm and a leg. Here's to hoping that this will soon be the end of the water heater saga! Update from 6/3/2026 The part finally showed up and I was able to get this taken care of! Thank the lord and my trusted plumbing company!!!

Llewellyn Plumbing and their employees were courteous, quick to respond, and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision on which water softener to purchase for our home. I contacted 5+ other plumbers and water servicing companies and Llewellyn had the best prices. They offered a free in home consultation, and they were able to do the install the following day. All employees I interacted with were professional, helpful, and courteous. If I need a plumber in the future, I will most certainly contact Llewellyn Plumbing with full confidence.

I have used these guys for several jobs and I have been extremely happy with all of their work. We needed a new water heater and their crew was so good that we called them to replace a water softener and replace a valve to our outside main line a few months later. They arrive when they promise, they work quickly, and they didn’t leave a mess. They were also less expensive than two competitors. Highly recommended.

I had a water leak issue going on with old & corroded washing machine water valves. Todd Llewellyn, the owner of Llewellyn Plumbing, was great and easy to work with to get the replacement job quoted & scheduled. Kaleb came out and replaced those old corroded valves. Kaleb was very polite, respectful, professional, proficient, and efficient. Just as quickly as he came out to my home, in West Jordan, he was done with the job and out the door. Todd runs a respectable business and leads an equally respectable crew. While I wasn’t pleased with the situation that required services rendered, I was happy to give my business to Llewellyn Plumbing and support a small, private, family-owned business with an owner and staff full of integrity and expertise. Hopefully I don’t have any plumbing needs any time soon. But when I do, I will be using Llewellyn Plumbing.
