Brandon was wonderful! Arrived as scheduled, super friendly and respectful. Assessed the issue, gave me the price and fixed my broken pipe. He fixed the pipe in my crawl space efficiently and there was no surprise charges when completed. So pleased with Maitz and specifically Brandon. They've earned a new customer.

We were in need of new water heater. Lyle came out installed a new one for us the same day. 2 years ago Lyle installed a water softener filtration system for us. Lyle's work that he does is very precise amd honest. We're very pleased with his service.

From start to finish our interaction with Maitz was easy. Our water pipes were frozen because...winter :). The woman who scheduled our appointment was pleasant and efficient - sorry I cannot remember her name. She wasn't able to get us on for the same day but offered to add us to a wait list in case someone canceled. Brandon Acosta provided good service with a positive attitude. He was timely, efficient and got our water running in no time. I would definitely call them again.

Our service technician, Brandon, was excellent!! He explained, in detail, exactly what was wrong with our hot water heater and what had to be done. We needed a new hot water heater and he could install one right away. I figured we’d have to wait a couple of days for the job to be done, but he had one on his truck. The job was done in a couple of hours. Brandon was one of the nicest young men I have ever met. He was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. He did a great job and is definitely an asset to your company. Thank you Brandon and Maitz for a job well done.

Anthony who is in charge of finance aspect works with you and your family and the technician Jerry and Chris are not just good at their job but they also clean up behind themselves. Maitz Home Services and Brandon were outstanding in there service and performance. We had an intermittent well pump problem and Brandon was able to quickly diagnose it and gave us a proposal for a complete solution. It was also very reassuring to see how thoroughly he checked all the systems and demonstrated that they were functioning properly with the exception of a component in the filtering side. He was very knowledgeable very professional and thorough in his examination of the system and explained everything to me clearly. I woul⅘d highly recommend Brandon and Maitz Home Services. They also have excellent service Representatives via text, email and phone who checked on progress. Natasha was a very professional support rep as wel.l She called me after the visit and made sure everything was done properly and professionally. Kudos to the Maitz Home Service team, we will use them again and they also do electrical and plumbing which we will call on them for.

Experienced and competent technician, Audie Prey serviced my gas furnace and my 1950's radiant heat system. He did a fine job, working diligently and methodically.
