We found a leak with our water softener in the garage and were panicking. We had no idea what was causing it and needed it fixed quickly to avoid water damage, especially as we were getting ready to leave for our Christmas holiday. I called Mahoney Plumbing the night before Christmas Eve, and the person I spoke with was incredibly responsive, making sure we had a plumber scheduled the next day. Chase arrived promptly, quickly identified the problem, and took care of it. What impressed me most was his honesty. He didn’t charge us because the repair was simple for him, even though he could have. It was such a relief to have it resolved.
