Called Johnny on short notice about a very complicated emergency job. They were great to meet with and had the equipment needed to help us keep a clients large hotel running while we worked on a sewer repair. Adam running the truck was awesome, he had great communication and was on top of any changes that needed to happen to keep the job moving along. Definitely would recommend them!!

After years of failing to find a plumbing company that has skilled and honest employees, I finally found one! My issue was resolved quickly and far less expensive than I had feared it was going to be! I wasn't upsold for something that wasn't necessary, for which I'm eternally grateful! I had the best experience with pro service.. Jason came to my home and found the issue with my AC . He let me know that he was new employee and was not totally in the system. He did give me an estimate and he advised me that it maybe a little different. He obtained the part and put it in. He was so friendly to work with. I will use them again if I need AC assistance. Thanks for being prompt and friendly.

I've had a fantastic experience so far with this company. My water heater went out a couple of weeks ago, the same day my adult child came home from surgery and needed to take warm showers to rinse the incisions. I didn’t know who to turn to to get it replaced. I came across this company through Angie's List. Jason replaced my water heater for me, which was leaking; however, we could still hear water running under the house. Upon inspection, it was determined that the whole plumbing system throughout the house needed to be replaced. Jason helped me obtain financing through GreenSky to get it done. Because of the significant water damage under the house, it was originally determined that a renovation specialist would need to do some cleanup *before* the repiping was done. In order to do this, I need money from my homeowner's insurance. Dallin from Epic Restoration filed the claim for me, and is working to get me coverage. Yesterday, Jason from Mammoth plumbing texted to say he and Anthony would be here to do the repiping today, and they would finish it in one day. I said I thought they wanted to wait. Jason said, "We're not waiting for your insurance. You need your water." They got the whole house repiped today! I'm grateful.
