Woke up to a cold house . 47 degrees inside . I swear it was warner outside in 19 degrees ! I called and Nick came out this morning . Told me what was wrong. He was very nice and respectful of my cats by closing the basement door so they couldn’t get down there. My husband passed away last year so I’ve had to call Mann’s a few times for various things. They never have failed me ! Will call them for all and any heating and plumbing needs . A very satisfied customer !

I hired Mann's Plumbing and Heating for a small plumbing repair, for which they did. No complaint. I spoke with their plumbing tech about a furnace issue. He said the other tech knows furnaces. I said I was going to give it a shot, and I would let them know if I was unsuccessful. If I was unsuccessful I was going to have their HVAC tech came out. I was successful and their HVAC tech came out without my request. Good job on initiative, I thought, my I'm not paying for a service I didn't receive. They tried to bill 250.00 for this. The day their techs came out was January. I'm still dealing with this in September. Mann P&H: Write off this bill! I'm not paying something I didn't ask for!

If you want a fast response time and quality service for a great price, Mann's should be your first call. My AC stopped running during a record heat spell and the 2 other places listed before them were booked. Mann's admin arranged an appointment within hours and the tech replaced my filter and capacitor in less than 30 minutes for just over $100! Fantastic experience!

They were fantastic and easy to work with every step of the way. Derek was able to come out within 24 hours of my previous HVAC system no longer working to provide an estimate for a new system and they were able to install it the week after. He was patient, professional, and gave clear, easy to understand answers to all my questions. He went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. Brody and Dan were professional and respectful when they came to install the new system and they had the work done quickly. They were also awesome at explaining things every step of the way and answering any additional questions that came up. Would absolutely recommend their services!

This company was amazing to work with. We had Derrick in to give us a quote. He was thorough in his job. My wife and I loved the discussion about the quote, where he explained all options and their pros and cons. The install crew was amazing. They even took the time to help me set up the tech that works with this system

We are very happy with the work that was done today by Mann Plumbing and Heating, LLC. Brandon and Zachary installed a new tankless water heater and removed the original one that dated from 1999 in our soon-to-be forever home. We couldn't be happier with the responsiveness and professionalism of your company. Irvin made two house calls to provide estimates and suggestions for the future system and a shower plumbing request as well. He was on time and very thorough. We know who to go to when our furnace needs to be replaced and if our HVAC needs attention or other plumbing needs. We are grateful for your time and excellent work.
